He was very punctual, professional and came on time for the job. He had a riding tile removal machine that he used for a portion of the job and then used power hammers for the remainder. He originally quoted me $1,200 for the job after removing a portion of the tile and inspecting how hard the job would be. The home had multiple additions over the years and a portion of the floor was much more dificult for him to remove. He did need to come back the next day and asked me if I would be willing to pay an additional $200 to cover the labor of his associate. I did agree as it was a much more dificult job than he orriginally anticpated and I felt that he was honest about it. He had a great sense of humor and my wife was alone in the home with him and his associate and they were very professional and did not ever make her feel uncomfortable. I would use him again.

I wanted wood floors in my new (5 year old) home meaning the existing tiles had to go. I was warned by my floor man how messy the job would be but I was determined.It was Skip with Floors and More (my floor man)that contracted Floor Removal Specialist.They came to the house on time and were extremly friendly and professional. They also warned me of how big a mess they would make but again, I was determined.They not only worked hard with what they were being paid to do but when my newly planted tree blew down they all rushed out to help. Not only did they help me stand it up but got out their equipment and proceeded to saw 2X4s to make properer support for the tree. They actually did a better job than the man I had hired to plant the tree!As for the mess, yes it was bad but not as bad as I was expecting. I highly recommend this company. The amount of $15,000. was for my whole project. I do not know what my floor man paid this company for this job.
