Tech did not know how to replace bulb. Spent almost 2 hours disassembling stove and micro wave. Broke bulb. Said the minimum charge to replace the bulb was $255 plus parts. Charged $100 for the first visit. Was going to come back after getting a new bulb. Cancelled repeat call. Hired another service. They replaced the bulb in 15 minutes. Charge $89 plus parts.

My phone call has gone un-returned. I called the office number, went to voice mail, left a voice mail and have not received a return call.

They were courteous and quick.

Ed and Chris are great guys and they are committed to doing the best possible work.

This company was great! They quickly repaired all the holes made by the replumb and texturized the walls to match the rest of the walls. They were very neat and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would recommend their services!

The team was a sub contractor of Jeff's Kitchen Bath and Beyond and was assigned to patch holes left from a re-plumbing effort. They arrived at precisely 8:30, greeted me in a courteous and professional manner, toured the house to see the work to be done. The completed the work in less than 3 hours, and let me tell you there were some substantial holes. I have had a lot of drywall work done and have never seen work done this clean or efficiently. No dust, very little drippage and restored to the pre-destruction texture. I was very pleased and would definitely use Fields again.

1. I left a voice mail message on 12/9, asking for a call to schedule the work. No response. 2. Same thing on the morning of 12/10. No response. 3. Same thing on the afternoon of 12/10. No response. 4. Same thing on 12/13. No response. 5. I then FAX'd a letter to them on 12/15, outlining the above and adding that I'm a member of Angie's List and that I would much rather give them a positive report than a negative one. 6. Fields called on 12/16 and left a voice mail saying there had been a family problem that prevented them from responding, and that it looked like they could do the work on the week before Christmas. 7. That same day, I left another voice mail saying that Christmas week would be fine, and even if they couldn't get here for 2 or 3 weeks, that would still be ok. No response. 8. I waited until 1/12/11 before leaving another voice mail, asking for a call. No response. I don't understand why this company won't respond to any of my six requests for them to call.

They were excellent! I was very pleased. The only thing they didn't do was take the old fan away. They were here when they said they would be. They didn't mess around. They were professional.

The workman was fast, neat, and did an excellent repair job.
