Clean Cut Lawn Service

I frequently had to request for him to perform weed control around the mulch beds and in the pavers as we originally agreed upon when I hired him. He did not keep bushes trimmed nor did he rake out leaves that had fallen and accumulated in the mulch beds around the bushes. After repeatedly requesting the repair of numerous sprinklers in my irrigation system, he failed to make the repairs as promised. After hiring another company to repair and check the system, I provided an invoice ($350) to Jeff. I've followed up 3 times and he now won't even acknowledge the invoice to repair the damages he knows he caused. Update: After escalating the matter with Home Advisor, he claims he wasn't given an opportunity to make repairs, which is false. He had ample time to survey the damages and make repairs and is just making excuses.

Over Priced. Did not complete job as stated. Long delay in getting started.

Clean Cut was taking care of yard for the past 6 months. About four weeks ago they stopped without advanced notice. Since, this is a rental property and I don't live there, I don't know when they show up. I got a frantic call from my tenant that grass is overgrown. I talked to Jeff and he assured me that the lawn will be mowed on Wednesday. It is Saturday now and they have not showed up. I have called and texted him several times with no success. At this time I am looking for another more reliable company to manage my lawn.

This Provider is a complete fraud , He promised to provide weekly service for my lawn and bushes, He cut the lawn once never cut the bushes and never returned.

Saw a lot of areas that was missed. Only needed it mowed one time due to the fact my mower was in for repair. I would hope if I was a regular customer they would do better.

They started out in August after our previous lawn company flaked out and stopped showing up. Well, just a couple months later and they stopped showing up too! I have called them, text them and emailed them asking for billing and if they were returning and I have not received any response at all. Not sure what’s going on with customer service these days. Heck, even respond and say hey we’re not showing anymore for whatever reason. They did decent work when they showed up but another company flaking out.

It is unfortunate that it's like pulling teeth to get this company out to your home for lawn care. I worked with Jeff whom is very friendly. He came to my home and provided an estimate and a schedule of coming once a week and then every other week starting in November (winter months.) They were to come out Friday or Saturday of that same week. They were a no show, no call, no text, nothing. I had to text Jeff who said they'd come out Monday. I told him due to all the rain and him probably being behind, I would wait until the following Friday. They did come out that Friday and did a great job. Unfortunately, they missed this past Friday again-no show, no call, no text, nothing. If you tell someone weekly, I should not have to continually call/text to confirm you are coming. Honestly, I don't have time for that! I'm at the point of finding another company. It's obvious they don't want my business or have time for it.

Jeff the owner was very quick to respond and add our new property to his schedule. The quality of the lawn service was much better than a similar service I have used in the past. We found the pricing to be fair & reasonable. I am a happy customer. -Tom
