NICOLE'S CLEANING SERVICE

Description of Work: I had Nicole to my house for a cleaning estimate perhaps a year ago or more. She was very nice and an appointment was made to clean my house. The only problem that I had with Nicole was that all further communications with her were e-mailed from her iPhone, even when I tried reaching her by phone to talk about the cleaning she was to do. I told her that I was unhappy that she would not speak to me by phone, but only by e-mail through her iPhone. Since she continued the iPhone communication, I cancelled our appointment. Now, for some reason, I have gotten two or three e-mails from Nicole in the past month or so and the only message is "Hey :-)" for reasons that I cannot fathom. I was not going to write this report, but since I keep getting these nonsense e-mails from her, I have been provoked into writing this. Description of Work: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning appliances, bathrooms & kitchen, sweeping. Brings own supplies.

Description of Work: Nicole cleans my entire home. She thoroughly cleans my kitchen top to bottom; cleans and disinfects my bathrooms wiping all surfaces and cleaning mirrors; dusts bedrooms, makes beds, cleans blinds and window sills, wipes down doors and door frames, base boards, dusts all ceiling fans, picks up living areas and wipes all surfaces; sweeps and mops my floors and vacuums carpets. She will clean whatever I need her to clean in my home.
