Customer service was excellent. From my first contact w them, it was stellar. Great communication. Very efficient work. Highly recommend.

Tyler came and cleaned the AC ducts/vents, dryer vents, and sprayed antimicrobial into the system. Home humidity decreases faster now.

Our dryer duct desperately needed cleaning, and so did our air ducts. However, our AC system is quite old, mildewed, and would dirty up the air vents again. Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. We are told the fee we paid for the dryer vent cleaning will be deducted from the overall fee to install the new AC system. Joe has been quickly responsive via text, which I greatly appreciate.

He was very friendly and gave me some good advice for the future.

Technician arrived right at appointed time. Technician was knowlegable and friendly.

I received a quote within minutes of submitting my request which was great. The technician, Carl showed up early and was very professional and had great customer service. He was extremely thorough and went back over every room to ensure everything was replace exactly the way it was when he started and he left my house much cleaner than when he started. They charged a very fair price. I am extremely pleased with the service all the way around.

Joe was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt! Same day service was super convenient! He cleaned the dryer vents and also replaced my return air vent in the ceiling. Highly recommend and I will be contacting him again in the near future for air duct cleaning and any other HVAC work to be done!

Carl called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which was great. He removed all vent covers and cleaned them. While the vent covers were drying, Carl cleaned all of the ducts and the two return areas. Then he replaced all the vents. He was very careful and cleaned up as he went. I think I can already tell a difference in how the air flows in the clean ducts. I definitely would recommend Carl and Iron Air to anyone considering having their air ducts cleaned. Thanks Iron Air.

Iron air exceeded my expectations, communication was top notch, they are honest and took the time to explain all my options, no pushy sales tactics trying to upgrade me to something I don’t need. I will absolutely be using them for all my A/C needs in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!
