Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my house. | |They did a superior job! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. | |Upon completion of the roof, I got an independent inspection to get a wind mitigation deduction on my homeowners insurance. The inspector was highly impressed with the roof. He showed me where extra steps were taken while my roof was assembled. Because DR&G inc did such an amazing job, I received $1100.00 reduction on my homeowners policy.

Description of Work: Came out and got an estimate for our roof,priced the total work to be done and listed all work. When we called them to do the job they never responded after numerous call to their office.

Description of Work: They replaced our roof. The crew did an excellent job and were very mindful of keeping the work area as clean and tidy as possible. The job was longer than most roofers take, but it was well worth the time as they did and excellent job!

Description of Work: Complete re-roofing with high quality materials

Description of Work: D R and G, Inc., repaired a leak in the area of our chimney after two or three tries. While doing those repairs, D R and G advised that they had noted that the roof above our screened- in porch was in poor condition and needed to be replaced to prevent future problems. It should be noted that there was never a leak from that roof prior to that day. D R and G replaced the roof on January 8, 2011. The first time it rained after replacement, a large leak developed in the hallway inside our home under the area where the new roof was tied into the existing shingles. Significant damage was done to ceiling drywall, with extensive staining. D R and G responded to our home after a phone call. We advised that we had developed a big leak where he had been working. We told him we understood that mistakes can happen and that we only wanted it fixed. Whereas he had been very friendly during the sales portion of our contact with him, on this occasion,the installer became belligerent, denying any responsibility. Obviously, his intent was to intimidate two senior citizens into believing this was all a "coincidence." However, he " magnamiously" agreed to fix it anyway. The supposed repair was accomplished in just several minutes. We hired someone to repair and paint the ceiling at our expense. During the last few months, a slight saging was noted in the same ceiling area, with a very gradually growing crack in the drywall. Since there was no associated visable leaking, it was believed that the ceiling just needed to be repainted and that the saging was an optical illusion. . Then, the accumulated water from several rains finally burst through the ceiling. We engaged other roofers as well as a construction expert who advised that the roof had not been installed properly, thereby causing the leak to occur initially and subsequently. We now have to incur the expense of another roof replacement or repair as well as ceiling repair. I would never hire D R and C again!

Description of Work: THEY RE-ROOFED A TRIPLEX ROOF. THEY DID THE ENTIRE ROOF.
