I appreciate the fact that Alan will always determine whether components can be repaired before recommending their replacement. Description of Work: Alan has been our Air Conditioning service technician for years. He always trys to resolve issues over the phone (to save you trip fee for him doing something stupid simple). He is very competitively priced and much cheaper than big names. We have two units for our house. This time around we had a compressor go out.
