Camargo Tree Service, LLC

I hired JP Karmago to clear the trees, stumps and underbrush from a little more than an acre of land I own in Gainesville, FL. JP and his crew felled and removed a little more than 160 trees for me. He also cleared most of the underbrush and the tree stumps. He pulled the smaller stumps (<4 or 5 inches in diameter) and ground the larger stumps. I read the other reviews on here and am surprised at what a few said. I thought he was extremely professional, worked very hard, and did a very fine job. I was very pleased with what he did and was surprised that he got it done as fast as he did, I found him to be very pleasant and agreeable to deal with. I will be hiring him again since I have more land to clear, and I highly recommend him for anything from one tree to a few hundred.

JP and his team arrived on time and finished the work early! Very nice, fast and you could tell they knew what they were doing. He's my go-to tree service now.

Mr. Camargo quoted me a great price and showed up when he said he would. They removed the tree without damaging the house and would not accept payment until the job was completed and the debris hauled away. I will call Camargo Tree Service next time I need a tree removed or trimmed.

Unresponsive and rude. We used them 2 times at the recommendation of our realtor but the third and FINAL time he charged a lot of money to remove some bamboo at our house - we paid him immediately and when we noticed that there was more work to be done - he was impossible to reach to come out to fix what his crew broke. We asked them to cap off a sprinkler system which they broke. My advise: I wouldn?t pay them unless you are 100% satisfied because they don?t care about making the customer happy. He said he didn?t care about a bad review either because he has plenty of business. . $1500 for 1 hour work removing bamboo with a stump grinder.:: we would have paid him to do more work had he come back to fix the mistake. -

JP came within an hour to give me an estimate - were working in my yard the next morning - very fast and professional. I had 5 trees removed.

They came on time and did everything I ask and more. They would talk to me and let me know what they was doing. They trim a tree that was coming from my neighbors and got rid of stump and clean up after they was done.

JP was simply amazing! He was very fast to come out for the estimate, fast to schedule the service, and he took less than 4 hours to cut two medium/large trees that were close to the house in the backyard and then some limbs from two trees in the front yard. He grounded down the stumps and chased the roots for the trees in the back and he removed all of the debris. His machine was massive but he was very gentle and didnâ t rip up our grass. I cannot recommend his company any higher! He responds very quickly to texts and calls and had above and beyond customer service. You will not regret hiring him and I will hire him again and recommend highly to close friends and family. :)

Camargo removed several small trees along our fence line. They damaged our neighbors fence and left limbs from the trees in his yard. My husband attempted to fix the damaged fence. My husband also took his chain saw over to our neighbors house, cut up the limbs and branches and stacked them by the road for garbage pickup. Very little clean up was done in our own yard. We are very unhappy with the workmanship of this company.

JP Camargo was professional and efficient. He told me he had insurance and unfortunately I did not ask to see the documents. He and his climber took down two large trees quickly and safely. However, they damaged two smaller trees and severely damaged the mechanism for my well. I have spent $170 to repair the well. I have phoned Mr. Camargo twice and he does not respond. I had recommended him to my son in law, but must cancel that recommendation. I believe Mr. Camargo is liable for the damage.

JC and his crew were so awesome. We had 2 huge oaks, and a few large limbs over the roof removed. They were true professionals. They brought in a huge crane and a chipper.They worked very hard until the big job was done. Finished and totally cleaned up in one day. Highly recommended and reasonably priced.

I hired JP Camargo Tree Service to remove a Live oak and a Pine tree about 1 meter wide and 80 ft tall. They took out the trees as well as two other trees that were risks. They were done in a few hours and left the site clean! I looked at 3 other companies and JP gave me the best deal too!

They were prompt, got here when they said they would and did what they say they would

JP and his team were wonderful. Through, fast and very well priced. The downed tree was huge and included the root ball. He and his team had it done in less than 6 hours. Everything was done, including the root ball, and the area repaired back to next to new. This was a job that several other contractors walked away from without even bidding, it was in such a difficult place. Fantastic team that we would use again.
