I have 29 years experience in all phases of new production and custom home construction, remodeling, screened porches, room additions; specializing in interior trim carpentry and deck building. My attention to detail has allowed me to be successfully self-employed for over 25 years with many satisfied developers and home owners. Customer satisfaction is my number one priority; honesty and integrity has brought me many repeat customers. I'm experienced at handling several on-going construction projects concurrently, estimating material needs, hiring sub-contractors, and following all local building codes to pass required inspections. I am extremely experienced in communicating with homeowners; satisfying their needs while maintaining company profitability. I am experienced with identifying and resolving warranty issues in new home construction.

Specializing in interior trim carpentry and deck building, custom cabinetry, hanging cabinets, setting vanities, installing countertops, new masonry and repair, tile setting, wood and laminate flooring, painting, hanging drywall and finishing. I build beautiful, sturdy stairwells, I install custom crown mould, chair rail, fireplace mantels and surrounds.

Description of Work: MY PORCH NEEDED RESCREENING. JIMMIE CAME UP WITH AN INNOVATIVE AND EASIER WAY TO DO A DIFFICULT JOB, SO I HIRED HIM. HOWEVER, COMMON SENSE WAS NOT USED. IF HE HAD TO DECIDE TO DAMAGE OUTSIDE WOOD ($10 A PIECE) OR INSIDE WOOD(BEAM HOLDING UP THE PORCH), HE MADE THE MISTAKE OF DAMAGING THE SUPPORT BEAMS. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS OBVIOUSLY NOT HIS STRONG POINT, NOR IS COMMON SENSE. HAD HE GIVEN ME THE OPTION OF WHICH WOOD MIGHT BE DAMAGED BY THE OLD SCREEN REMOVAL, WE BOTH MIGHT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. HE DID NOT CONSULT ME ABOUT PUTTING UP NEW DOORS, LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD. IT WAS ONLY WHEN I STOPPED HIM AND TOLD HIM, DID HE TAKE THE NEW ONES OFF AND PUT IN THE REPAIRED OLD ONES.
