Description of Work: I liked that the guy I dealt with on the phone, Brad, communicated primarily through text message, which is my preferred method of communication. However, it makes it really easy for him to forget about things he'd have to do later (like a quote). The two guys showed up to load the truck just as I asked, but they were really only good for moving furniture and not packing the truck. Brad had explained that they would bring dollies and wrap all of my furniture so that I wouldn't need furniture pads or mattress covers, but when I asked them to do it they acted like I was crazy. Now all of my mattresses are dirty. The furniture they did wrap was thin (like one layer of saran wrap), so it still rubbed in the truck. I had to ask Brad for a receipt at least twice, which goes back to the text message issue.
