I have used Gutter Guy twice before and loved their team. They come in force, work fast and are very efficient. They go above and beyond and are very affordable. I recommend them to anyone. They do screens too! I am interested to see what else they do, they may become my life long handy people. Go Gutter Guy!

It went very well. We plan to use the Gutter Guy on a regular basis to clean our roof two or three times a year. He was very quick to respond to my initial message, then followed through on a visit to give an estimate. He answers his phone or calls back quickly (within a day). Provided insurance docs quickly (his insurance agent emailed it to me), and did the work within a week. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done in a couple hours. My roof had been neglected for a couple years and was a mess-- loaded gutters and a lot of debris on the roof. I live in Gainesville in a house surrounded by trees. Per my request, they did not used power wash or chemical sprays but sweep the roof. He never tried to sell me any services I had asked for or to convince me that I need new gutters, powerwashing, etc. My house has several different sections and slopes of roof. I don't feel comfortable going up the two stories clean it myself. They were great! I was comfortable with the Gutter Guy. He was direct and professional. Oh, and they even put down tarps to catch the leaves they swept off and then when they were done, they made sure the deck, sidewalk and driveway were free of leaves and debris!! Couldn't have gone better. Wish he did plumbing and painting and door hanging and....

It went great. Peter was easy to work with - excellent at responding to phone calls and e-mails, arriving when he said he would, quoting me on what I asked for as well as what he thought would work best (which I went with and which was less costly than what I originally thought I wanted him to do), getting the job done when he said he would, etc. He gave me a lot of good information and didn't seem hurried or impatient with my many questions. With the 10% Angie's List discount, his price was better than the other quotes I had received. He performed the work on the scheduled date, waited until I had checked it out before coming for payment, and called me to follow-up after the first good rain, to ask whether I was happy with how the gutters had performed. Everything seems to be working as it should, the gutters and downspouts look great, and all is well. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and neighbors to The Gutter Guy.

I have relied on the Gutter Guy (Pete Volk) for about two years now. He and his assistants do a first-class job. We have a large roof in several segments and scattered gutters, not all easy to access. Some previous gutter cleaners I had left out the hard-to-reach stuff or dumped piles of wet leaf litter etc. on my plantings -- the Gutter Guy doesn't. He even pulled out a hose and knocked as many leaves as possible off our lanai screens, something I hadn't asked him to do. Pete also keeps an eye on our downspouts and French drains and warns us when they get clogged or are damaged by gnawing critters. He has re-channeled some drainage for us and taken care of clogs. I recommend him highly to all Gainesville area homeowners.

Finding this company was rather serendipitous. I had tried to arrange roof cleaning with two other people. It was a a great relief when I called Peter Volk. He came quickly, worked quickly, did an excellent job at a fair price and was very professional. I will definitely call him again.

House looks like new. It is not easy to find someone to deal with sloped metal roofs (very slippery while wet, let alone if any soap is used!!!

Pete responded promptly to my initial call and went to the house to give an estimate the next day. Cost was $110 to clean my incredibly clogged up gutters and $45 to pressure wash drive. He scheduled the work very quickly and arrived to do the work exactly on schedule. Performed excellent job and also noted a problem with my downspouts where the roots had grown into the underground pipe that moved the water away from the house. The roots were totally blocking the underground pipe. Pete said this was a problem with underground pipes and offfered to install an above ground replacement for an additional $30. I agreed and paid for this and he was back a couple days later to install it. The gutters were cleaned very expertly and quickly and all debris removed. The drive was thoroughly pressure washed and a pile of yard debris that was sitting on one corner waiting for me to put it out with the trash was also removed. The drive looks so good I'm going to have to get the entire house done to match it :). Overall, great service, great communication, and great work. I thoroughly recommend Gutter Guy.

Peter responded promptly to my initial phone call, and scheduled a very convenient day to get the work done (I have to shut animals indoors when people work on my house). The crew arrived early and got the work done very fast and very thorough. Peter showed me where some roots had clogged up my downspout pipe and offered to install an alternative. The work was performed very professionally. The gutters are clean and my newly pressure washed drive is a pleasure to come home to. I should admit that this work was way overdue. I had let my gutters become so clogged with leaf mold that little jungles were growing out of them and the drive was slick with mildew. I'm really delighted with the service and the price charged by Gutter Guy.

The Gutter Guy responded to my phone call within an hour, arrived at my house the next day (a Saturday!) for the estimate, and was on the job three days later. His responsiveness, punctuality and work ethic were absolutely refreshing. The metal roof looks newly installed and the recently painted soffits (white) once again appear bright and completely mildew free. The Gutter Guy returned a second day to tackle a particularly difficult section of the Garage Roof, as three years of leaves, sap and mildew had turned the metal green. My permission was asked to utilize a soft, mechanical brush for the job and now the tan color is back, good as new! I have been trying for months to find a company to clean the metal roof. Numerous pressure washer companies were contacted and would not take on the job, which is understandable, because cleaning a metal roof presents a real challenge. I called Perry Roofing and couldn't even get a call back. Gator Soft Wash came out, accepted the job and never showed up, even after repeated phone calls. Gator Soft Wash literally stalled the job for seven weeks, as I was told over and over, "We will be there, but it needs to stop raining." I highly recommend Mr. Peter Volk, The Gutter Guy.

The Gutter Guy called me back within a day of my message and was at the house for an estimate within another day or two. He came in a couple hundred less than another local chain and literally 4 times less than a large company that gave us a bid. He arrived on time and although friendly and professional, he did not waste any time. He and his employee finished the job in one day and explained things to me when completed. I wish every business was as professional, easy to deal with and good at their work as the Gutter Guy.

as said above it went very well - I am in an area not "right in town" so a lot of tradesmen really want to do business out here - the Gutter Guy has been dependable, consistent and reasonably priced.

Peter and his assistant were great; very professional. They did fabulous work very efficiently. I was under a bit of time pressure due to threatened housing association fines, and Peter came at 8AM the day after I contacted him. Even in the rain they began the job but, understandably, could not continue as it began to rain too heavily for continued work to be done safely. Upon return, they completed the job. Left the area clean; put all debris on a tarp and carted it away. I will certainly contact The Gutter Guy for more work in the future and will definitely ask them to do some work on another property. Oh, and the cost of his work was incredibly reasonable given the time and effort that went into the job. I very highly recommend The Gutter Guy to do these types of jobs. You will not be disappointed!

Peter was prompt, courteous, kept me informed on weather and other delays, and updated cost projections. What he did for us took some "out of the box" problem solving to correct water flow problems. At one point he and his partner voluntarily came out during a rainstorm to see how to correct the issues we were dealing with. The pricing was reasonable for the work completed.

He was nice. He came and he did the check and sent us a quote but we have not had the time to call him. His quote was reasonable.

Scheduling was a little touch and go; they actually showed up two days sooner than anticipated. It wasn't a surprise visit- I received a text earlier in the morning and then later we confirmed a time. I was happy to get it done sooner, rather than later. After arrival the two worked efficiently and the job took about one hour. Professional, organized and price exactly as quoted. Gutter guy also advised me about not letting my rain barrles sit with standing water which could breed mosquitoes. I will definitely hire the Gutter Guy again.

He and his crew did a great job; they were on time, finished quickly, and braved the hornets nest (which I found afterward! Yikes!)
