Description of Work: Our contractor used him to move the gas line for the dryer during our remodel. We called him when we thought there might be a leak. He was very frenziedly, responsive and fair.

Description of Work: Replaced currently gas water heater with a Rinnai tankless water heating system, including obtaining permits, removal of old tank, running of electric lines, installing Rinnai and venting.

 + -1 moreTerry was excellent. He stopped by the house to be sure of what he needed to do. He called to ask to change the date he would be performing the work because of timing difficulties. He was on time for the date we agreed upon. He got along so well with my brother that he was at the house for 8 hours, but only charged for 3 since that is all the time he figured really worked! He is my go to guy in the future for plumbing or gas needs.
Description of Work: Extended gas line from garage to kitchen range. Performed leak test. Capped off unneeded gas line.
