+ 2 moreIt was amazingly efficient! Everything was on time. The actions of subcontractors are out of the contractors control however Stephanie had great relationships and all the work went smoothly. She came by every day to check on the progress and talk to all the subs. If there were any little issues or items that needed to be tweaked she handled them herself and immediately. Before the work started and to secure payment there was paperwork involved with the mortgage company which Stephanie attended to quickly and efficiently as well. She is super friendly, easy to talk to and work with which is always a bonus. She’s very very, very knowledgeable as well. I recommend her highly!
Description of Work: This was a multi project job including roofs on two houses, re-wiring and New HVAC among a few other things.

+ 2 moreEverything I have contracted with them has been taken care of in a very professional manor, they are willing make sure that the job is done to my satisfaction and have been excellent making sure everything is done properly and up to code. I am very happy with the quality of work and excellent customer service, Stephanie is very passionate about her work and it shows in all the jobs she does!
Description of Work: Replaced two Roofs following code, Replace Stairs with landing and balcony on two separate buildings following code.

+ -1 moreIt was great. I loved it everyday. I have no complaints or whatsoever. Very prompt. They said they were going to be there, they were there. If there's a problem they will let me know. They were very professional. I was very pleased. I would be happy recommend to anyone.
