I am a 74 year old woman. Paul was pleasant and very professional. I was kept informed of all he was doing inside and outside. I was informed of what he found and how he corrected it. They have a great maintenance package which I purchased. I felt relief that all was well and that they would keep my unit up and running. I definitely recommend Stellar Services of North Florida to residential owners.

They are very prompt. They do a good job. We like them. They are very thorough and very efficient. They return if there's a problem. They come on time. They are very pleasant. They seem to know what they are doing. If they don't know, they call the manufacturer.

My heater broke this cold week and their in call service man Joe came out the next morning. He would have come out at 8pm if I had asked but we decided to just have one cold night. He was really personable (my husband and I wondered if we should ask for his number to hang out with him and his family later- haha) and quick with lots of info and taught us a few things.After 5pm and weeknd service call fee is over 100 but for us not to have to take off work to meet someone is sooooo worth it.

Stellar services is the only company I would trust. I have dealt with several other ac/refrigeration companies here in town over the years. Josh and his entire team are very polite and honest. They were fast and tidy, and were very considerate that we had a sleeping baby at home and made sure to not let our cats get out. Most importantly they did a great job, great value, and great people.

I called him and gave him the go-ahead. He arrived on time, quickly and carefully did the job, while he was at it her re-routed the copper lines to make the unit's filter easier to change. I asked him to add a safety float switch to shut the unit down if the condensate line clogged.While the vacuum pump was getting a vacuum pulled he went and got the float switch and installed it. He completed the work, checked it all and then billed me for $377! $23 less than he quoted not including re-locating the copper lines or the safety switch! In addition to that, he came back a few days later and checked the unit again just to make sure it was running properly and sent me an email telling me all was well. This is the best HVAC service I have ever had and I have been a building contractor and rental house owner for 35 years. His truck is very well equipped, including a computer and printer! All tools and parts are in order and quickly available to him. His tools are first class, so the readings he gets are accurate. He is smart, polite and very responsive. I'd recommend him to anyone. The work was performed at a rental house at 3334 NW 2nd Street Gainesville.
