Description of Work: Jeff cleaned a couch for me that had huge water stains from being in a warehouse. He was always quick to respond to emails and he was honest about how much of the stain he thought could get out. I assumed that cleaning would remove about half the stain (and the the grime that must be on the couch) the but Jeff removed mostly all the water damage. I have to stare to find where the stain was originally. Big thanks to Jeff. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services.

 + 1 more2/7/15 : Jeff from Steamworks, Inc. has been cleaning my carpets and flooring now for 15 years and I can honestly say I wouldn't call upon anyone else. He is timely, courteous, tidy and professional and has always been there to answer any questions I may have about keeping my carpet and flooring clean. I have 3 cats who have the occasional hairball incident and shed fur (of course) yet friends come to my house and say they wouldn't know I had cats if they didn't see them in the home. That's how clean my house feels when Steamworks comes out. Jeff even provides tips on how to successfully spot clean for the months in between my steam cleanings and it's important to know the do's and don'ts of spot cleaning. His tips have made a huge difference in knowing how to skillfully clean up spills and kitty "yack" . I just had my very light beige 15 year old carpet and light beige tile grout cleaned yesterday. The carpet looks amazing , considering the age and color and the grout looks brand new again. I've been talking about replacing the carpet for the past 5 years and I may do it this year but it's hard to let it go when it still looks and feels great. If you are in the market for steam cleaning carpets, tile or upholstery, you will be very happy if you choose Steamworks! [Member name removed]
