Great. Did have some problems with pre-existing HDMI cable, which they have made arrangements to replace. Where very courteous, did not act like serviceman was doing us a favor by coming to our house, an issue that we had with another home electronics service.
Description of Work: Could not get new PVR, pre-existing AV receiver and television to function together. Intergrated all systems using our pre-existing universal remote.
