Description of Work: Date of service 9-16-15. Cost of service $1200.00.

Description of Work: We bought a house from this person and we had a year warranty on it. The tiles were not all the same color, but there was a signed agreement that said they would be fixed within 14 days of receiving new tile. Well, the year is almost up and they haven't done anything!We've had to call numerous times to get "I'm sorry Mr. Rentz has been busy and has not commented on what to do" or many other excuses just like that. Since the beginning the tile has been cracking all over the place....they wouldn't fix it....the tile is discontinued at the store they use now--so we either have to put in missed matched tile or take a check. So, we decide on the check. Now among other things on this punch list...there are tile on the wall in our shower...that was not included in our estimated check. But, Mr. Rentz says "all tile is included in the check" Well, they didn't estimate all tile! They estimated the square footage of the flooring in the house!!! I have got absolutely no where with these people and I am fed up with it!!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this company!!! They are not what they claim to be! All they will do is give you a run around until your time is up!
