Work was good. Clean-up very quick and neat. Disappointed by communication within company. Asked 3+ times to call work number but continued to leave messages on home phone. Did not communicate scope of job to people doing the work. When my husband called to say the cement workers could not lay cement because the stump had not been ground deep-enough, office person hung up on him saying "it costs money to send people back out." The scope and purpose of the job had been clearly communicated prior to agreeing to job.

They arrived early in the morning (15 minutes early) to set up. It was a large tree so they had a crane, two bucket trucks and a small front-end loader and approximately 8 staff. What struck me was their courtesy as they all introduced themselves and then promptly set up all the safety cones and prepped for the job. There was no question that safety was paramount- all workers wore full safety protection. They placed pads down on the lawn to minimize damage to the grass and set up and began cutting at the prescribed time. They were proficient and fast and the tree was down and on the curb within an hour. The crew then cleaned up all debris, raked the small stuff up, and tamped down the ground where the heavy machinery was. They then blew off the driveway of all needles. The debris hauler arrived the same day and picked up everything, including raking up all the small needles and twigs. I was impressed with this company from the day they provided an estimate to the day the job was completed. They provided an insurance certificate and emphasized safety was number 1 with them. The bill was exactly what they estimated and the job was done much better than I could have hoped. They are truly a professional firm with the highest in quality service and safety. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will always use them in the future, even though I have used three of their competitors in the past.

Outstanding, professional, efficient, prompt, courteous, and amazing to watch. These are my Go-To guys for tree and large branch removal. They are priced a bit higher than other providers but they are better. MUCH better. Nuff said.

Received a call from Mary that the Skyfrog guys were near by and could come over that same afternoon. They arrived in mass and after meeting and talking with John Regar they started in to work. In the back side yard, we had an old tire swing on one of the branches they would be trimming and they were gracious enough to replace the rope we had ready for the new tire swing using their truck bucket. They did an especially nice job on the laurel oak in the front yard removing the large branches over the house. I know our hawks that nest in that tree will surely miss those outstretched limbs. They did their best to tamp out the ruts in the yard made by the heavy trucks. They cleaned up the debris and put everything back on the carport that was moved to prevent possible damage. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Late Saturday night a tree limb fell on our house near our garage and caused damage to the roof and also our fence. Even though I call it a tree limb, it must have been a foot and a half in diameter and very heavy. Since it was late at night there was nothing we could really do until morning so we started to research tree removal services around Gainesville, FL. We asked friends on Facebook and also googled for reviews. There were an overwhelming amount of suggestions to get SkyFrog to come out and do it because they were professional, quick, and priced fairly. We called Sunday morning and the owner, Joseph "Gunner" Vasquez, told us that he would be by in 20 minutes or so. He showed up on time (which we thought we would be waiting all day for tree service because it was a Sunday) and got right to work. Not only did he do a great job getting the tree off of the house safely, he was very personable while also being extremely professional. A lot of times you get one without the other, but he managed to have both qualities. Later on in the week we had them remove the rest of the tree limb from our property and the whole crew came out to do the job with some impressive equipment. They had our driveway and lawn empty of any debris within an hour of arrival. My experience with SkyFrog and "Gunner" was very good as well as the fact that they were punctual, professional, kind, and obviously very skilled and experienced. They made an otherwise stressful situation very smooth. If a Water Oak decides to fall on our property again I know who to call. "Stay motivated".

I hired SkyFrog Tree Service based on Angie's list reviews and was not disappointed. The crew did a great job. These young men were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final job. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future and have recommended SkyFrog to my neighbors.

Prior to yesterday, Robin, the arborist with Sky Frogs, came to our house to give us an estimate for the tree work we wanted to have done. He was quite knowledgable and gave us good advice about our trees. The price estimate was within the price range we had thought we would pay. Yesterday, the Sky Frogs arrived early in the morning ready to work. They brought a bucket truck, chipper, bobcat, and six or seven men for our yard work. They were all professional and very friendly. During the full day of work, the Sky Frogs removed seven trees and trimmed several others overhanging our house and driveway. All debris was chipped or removed from our property by the end of the day. And the yard was raked and the driveway and front street blown clean! I would highly recommend the Sky Frogs to anyone needing tree service. They are excellent people and a professional operation.

There were numerous branches hanging over our roof. Half of one tree was dead already with large holes which they managed to take down without any falling through our roof. They cleaned up everything before they left. These guys bust their butts. Defiantly will hire them again when needed.

Well! I felt like the Army had shown up! (They use Military Surplus equipment and they employ Vets). This was a big job, with at least 10 trees being 30+ feet in height and 3 of about 3 feet in diameter. They brought 9 guys and they were done in a day. All very professional, safety-conscious, likeable and dedicated. They cut and hauled and chipped all on site. It was really a huge operation and quite impressive to watch. I would recommend them without any reservations to anyone that has big trees. If you want people who don't mess around, you want SkyFrog from Gainesville, FL. They were top notch and I'd use them again in a moment!

We have lived in Gainesville for 13 years and have had several tree service do work for us. SkyFrog is by far the BEST tree service we have ever had work for us and we will always use them in the future. Lets start with the fact that they have an arborist giving you the estimate. I was skeptical, thinking it was a way to make more money but let me tell you he knows what needs to be done to help your trees stay healthy and your home safe. In addition he knows how to to make the canopy open and beautiful. The estimate was fair and when you see the quality of their work you know it is worth every penny. The trees were all marked the day before the work began so that there was no question as to which trees needed trimming and which were to be removed. (we came home after another tree service did work for us to find the wrong tree removed) That will not occur with SkyFrog. On the morning we had the work scheduled to begin, a crew of 8-10 polite young men here before 8:00 a m, ready to begin working promptly at 8:00 as scheduled. The crew was careful not to damage surrounding plants in beds below the trees. They work diligently and conscientiously. When they were almost finished with the work I asked them if they could do a little more work on one of our large live oaks. The young man was polite and listened to my request and worked beyond what I imagined possible. If you are in need of tree work SkyFrog is the company to call. It might take a days or even a few weeks for them to have an available time but it is worth the wait. Maybe the fact that they are not available the day after they write your estimate tells you something...They have lots of happy customers. We are one of them!!

What a pleasure doing business with Sky Frog Tree Service. From start to finish this company exceeded our expectations. Robin, the estimator for the company was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions patiently. The estimate that we received was right in line with proposals from other tree services, but we felt that with Sky Frog we were going to be getting the best job. We were certainly right. The crew showed up on time and began to get down to business working immediately. Every member of the crew was very polite and professioinal. Several of my neighbors even commented on how courteous and hard working they were. Not only did they do the work that we had paid them for, but they pruned and cleaned up the other trees in our yard free of charge as well. They cleaned up all of their mess, and even cleaned all of the leaves off of our roof for us!! We were so impressed with their aim-to-please approach!! Additionally, Mary in the office was great to deal with as well. Nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience of using Sky Frog Tree Service. Thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE !! We would highly recommend them!!!

They came for an original estimate and let me know immediately that their Landscape Division would be able to do the job much cheaper as they could do it without the use of bucket trucks. They provided a contact number for me and the individual responded almost immediately and went to my house that day to assess and provide the estimate. The work was completed within a week, at the price I was quoted, all limbs were removed and debris cleaned.

SkyFrog did an amazing job. They worked around our unique space and delivered first class service with no issues at all. Service was first class!

Team was particularly careful not to do damage to extensive front landscaping and rear garden. Waste was carefully removed, and complete site cleaned up upon completion of work. Team ws very professional. Have used them before, and work is always high quality.

They arrived punctually on the appointed day. The owner Joe Vasquez was there with the crew and I was impressed with how well he organizes everything and supervises all the activities to make sure that everything is done to his satisfaction, almost like a military operation. They did an excellent job of removing the tree with great care to preserve the lawn and sprinklers. They had the right equipment and were well supervised. All the steps were done with great care. They completed the job in good time and also trimmed other trees in our yard at no extra cost. The debris was hauled off the very same day and they left the work site very clean. I was very impressed with the whole operation and would recommend them highly.

Service was excellent! This job was done on a Saturday so my husband and I were home and watched this crew as they worked throughout the day. The owner leads by example, worked alongside his crew and all the crew worked together as a team, "a well oiled machine they were." They all were very professional and worked steady until the job was complete. This was an eight hour job to cut the tree down due to the size of the tree and the size of the limbs. Afterwards all the crew cleaned-up all the debris, raked up leaves, and hauled all limbs and the tree trunk to the front our road for pickup. Shortly after, the tree stump grinding was done which was a one hour to 1 1/2 hour job because the tree stump was so large. The limbs and tree trunk from the Water Oak was picked-up and removed from the front of our road on Tuesday. In addition the crew on arrival and when cleaning up was very courteous. We "highly recommend" Sky Frog! An excellent job, very professional, with integrity and safety was the experience we had with Sky Frog! For the veterans in our community the owner being a US Marine the same values continue in the type of service and work that was done by Sky Frog and his men. We received a quote in advance and the cost to do this job was very reasonable and competitive.

I had to remind them that I was supposed to be on the schedule, but I don't find that extreme for tree companies. Once I did remind them, the job was done quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased.
