They took down the trees with great precision. They run the business to please customers. They are very safe, prompt, careful, and courteous. They are an amazing group to watch work. They have it down to a science. You have no worries with them. The peace of mind is worth the extra money. You always get a great experience.

Got a reasonable estimate from a very knowledgeable professional, John. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and kept the quote affordable. We were provided with a copy of their liability insurance with the quote. He also gave us an idea of what a future job would cost. The crew came to our house within a week and showed up early. Everyone had a great attitude and work ethic. Meeting Joe, the owner was a pleasure. The team was efficient and professional. They did great work, and I am really happy with the way our yard looks. John even reminded us to print the Angie's List coupon.

It was a good experience. They dealt with my renters well when they asked questions and did what I asked them to do with little problems.

It was a pleasure doing business with Skyfrog Tree Service, and I will definitely use them again. They were prompt and courteous when I made an appointment for an estimate, and they were also prompt when showing up for the job. They were very careful not to damage the roof when cutting away the overhanging limbs. Also, they did an awesome job of cleaning up and removing all the branches that they cut down, so there no debris left behind. They far exceeded my expectations. I have used a couple of other tree services in the past, and Skyfrog is definitely the best one I have used.

Moving into a new home recently, we realized that the three Live Oak Trees on the property and three palms had not been pruned in years. We were sure it would be a difficult undertaking because of the location of our property backing to a community wall. Two of the Live Oaks are located in the rear of the property. I called several people for recommendations and then attempted to engage a tree service to do the work. As the storm damage from Sandy in New York had drawn many of the tree workers in the Gainesville area, there was would be quite a delay...ie months, if I had waited for my previously used service. Instead I contact Sky Frog and an arborist, Robin, came out to my home promptly to evaluate the trees and what could be done........A bid was offered and accepted by us. Within several weeks, the crew was available to tackle our trees. They arrived as if it were a military landing prepared to engage the problem.....and quickly went to work. I later discovered the firm hires former military personnel. They're work ethic and team spirit were outstanding. They worked for hours with the bucket truck reaching over the back wall to difficult to access areas..............They climbed the trees and trimmed also from our roof until the trees began to take on a new look.......a new life. They are beautiful. To say we are pleased is an understatement. This wasn't a tree service.........It was tree surgeons giving our tree a terrific face lift.

Approximately six weeks ago, a representative from the company came to my home to bid on the job. When I decided that I wanted to hire them, a date for the work to be done was set. The company showed up on time and did an excellent job removing the trees. Using a Bobcat, all the debris was removed and stacked outside my front fence for removal. They went about their work very methodically with minimal disruption my yard. When the job was completed, they left the yard very clean and neat. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend to any one.

Crew of 3 arrived early at 7:30 am. They were finished in 1 hour with tree removal and clean up. Did an EXCELLENT job! Can't say enough positive about SkyFrog Tree Service. Very professional and safe also. The ONLY tree service I would use!

I needed the large lower branches on several trees removed and I had heard only positive stories about Skyfrog. After getting an estimate from the owner, I was confident they would do great work. I was impressed with the workers professionalism, efficiency, pride in their work, and how well they cleaned up the debris. I highly recommend Skyfrog and would use them again.

All work performed was EXCELLENT! The crew of 3 arrived on schedule and were very conscious the QUALITY of work they performed and did it safely. Being very careful not to let any limbs fall on the house or garage. I could not have asked for any better service. They did a terrific job with all the clean up also as they were working. Everything went perfectly fine. They were really nice. The guys were funny so it was fun to be around them. They cleaned up every twig and leaf in the yard. I was really happy with the work. The trees look beautiful.

They didn’t drive a truck into my back yard which meant they didn’t have to remove the fence. They climbed the treed instead which was really cool. The pricing was reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very honest. I would recommend them to others.

They arrived on time and were professional. They did all the work the contract called for. The cleanup they did was superior. They did a follow-up a several days later.

They were very professional and they preformed the work in a quick and nest manner. The only problem I had was wilth the weather, which cause the job to be delayed.

After playing phone tag, finally made contact and agreed he wouuld call the next day when he was in the area. On the next day, no call, no show.

Large Live Oak tree fell down Saturday during the night, I called them Sunday, they dropped by Sunday gave me the estimated charges and then returned Monday am early and cut everything up and took away the trash. I will gladly call them again for future work

I called several tree services for an estimate, but only John actually showed up when he said he would. One of them (Gator) never even called back to reschedule. The other one called back, but it was after the work had been done. Skyfrog was careful not to damage my driveway or any other part of my house. The crew knew what they were doing. John didn't suggest unnecessary work, and shared my goal of keeping my live oaks healthy. For instance, they used a bucket truck for trimming instead of climbing with spikes, which damage the trees. The heavy truck left some ruts in my yard, so John came by a few days later with a trailer full of soil and filled them in.

I've used them two or three times now. They do a great job. I just called them up and got an estimate. I think their price is in line with what it should be.

They were very professional. They worked in the heat. They were like a bunch of commandos who came out here and attacked the work they had to do and got everything done. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The owner really takes care of his workers which is nice to see because it could be a dangerous job, up in the high lifts, with the bucket trucks and chain saws going on and on. I would recommend them to anybody. Their price was very reasonable. Over all they did a great job. I will use them in the future.

I had a very large, old tree in trouble, in danger of falling on the house. They called me right back, came the same day (Saturday!) with an estimate, scheduled the work for Monday. Unfortunately, the tree fell on the house at 2:00 a.m. Monday morning. They came as scheduled, probably 8 - 10 workers, switched plans, gave me a favorable estimate to take the HUGE tree down. Very easy to work with, very neat. I have extensive landscaping with which they were extremely careful, no damage to anything. Polite, very well run organization, lots of equipment right on hand to get the whole mess cleaned up. All my neighbors came to watch and hired them on the spot to do work in the adjacent yards. I'm so impressed. I could be their new public relations person. These guys are truly extraordinary. WOW.

SKYFROG TREE SERVICE LLC did a very good job. Their price is average but everything else is great.

We did not end up using SkyFrog for this particular job, but the impression they left gives us no qualms about using them in the future.

Overall, the job was done fast, inexpensively, with professional expertise and attention to detail. I would definitely hire SkyFrog again for all my tree service needs. You can trust Joe Vasquez, the owner and John Burns, one of their Arborists to know what they are talking about and to give you a fair price estimate and then do the job the right way the first time. No regrets here! I give them a 10 out of 10 in tree service performance and integrity of the business deal too.

My husband handled it. He said that they were very professional and very knowledgeable. They clearly knew what they were talking about. Their responsiveness was excellent.
