The first job was perfect. On the second job, the worker was very upfront and honest with me, explaining that the price would likely be too high in comparison to the rest of the home. Ultimately I chose not to pursue that project, but I've now hired them for further work. But overall, I know that their installations are perfect and I absolutely trust them.

Went well, efficient, cleaned up well.

Shea's auto glass helped us when we were in a bind and did a FANTASTIC job. Excellent customer service and excellent experience all around.

Not well. The measurements made for the glass were wrong for the 3 windows that needed new glass. The old kitchen window glass was broken when it was removed - (this may be what happens when glass is removed) and unfortunately, the new glass did not fit. The new glass (which was so large) was broken when it was forced into the frame. So now I have a broken kitchen window until more glass can be ordered. Not safe and not happy. New glass is being expedited but it is will be another week and another morning off from work to have the window fixed. The office staff was sympathetic at least.

The service provider came to give an estimate and was polite and professional. He looked at the windows and said they would be harder than the standard windows b/c they are wood frames with the dole pane of glass built into the frame, so it wouldn't be as easy as simply removing a bead and removing the glass. He said it wasn't the easiest but could be done and he would have the manager call to give the estimate. Later that day the manager's secretary called to say that we and quot;should just Anderson fix itand quot; and that was it. I am uncertain what this means - we don't know what type of windows they are and why would we call anderson. We were just left with the impression that they didn't want to work on the windows b/c they weren't as easy as the ones they normally work on ... seems very odd for a company that says they repair windows. We would not recommend them.

I told them what I wanted over the phone with the assistance of a brochure. They coordinated with the remodel crew and came and took measurements and made drawings to assure we were on the same page. They ordered the door which came in in about 5 days. The crew showed up on time, did the installation quickly and professionally. When it was done they noted a tiny chip on the top wall side edge. I could not see it without looking for it and advised it was satisfactory as is as long as it was safe. They advised it was not satisfactory, left it in place so I could use it and ordered a new one. They were back in a few days and installed the new one. They were very careful and exact and sticklers for the tight tolerances. They fussed over a 1/32 inch difference between the top level of the door and the adjoining panel. I could not see it and had to run my finger over it to sense it all. They were so detail oriented, I didn't think they would ever be happy. It is a beautiful door, looks like it is floating on air and really makes the bathroom.
