He called back immediately, came out and checked everything over. My door was 20+ years old - he showed me the problems and the fact it was not up to wind code. He was honest about my opener. I thought I had a problem with either the opener or switch. It was the door itself. He came out and installed a new door with new tracks and trim. Great transaction. I highly recommend!

The Technician was great, respectful, and very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. BUT BEWARE: Sears customer service doesn't tell you the whole truth. When I spoke to Sears, I told them that the door spring was broken. They quoted me a price of $149, that there would be no service charge. When the tech looked at the door, he told me that you can't just replace one spering, he had to replace both springs (each side) which doubled that price. I opted to have the tech replace the rollers and a switch that had gone bad so the total repair was $498! I don't fault the tech but rather customer service person who didn't ask the size of the door, how many springs it had nor did they inform me that each spring had to be replaced. That being said, I still would have had to have the repair done but it WOULD have been nice to know the repair requested was going to cost double. I REPEAT THAT THE TECH WAS FANTASTIC AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIM AND HE DID GIVE ME ALL MY OPTIONS BEFORE HE STARTED WORK and I WILL use Home Advisors again as I will Sears.

very professional, did the dryer vent and then I also had them clean out all the duct work. Boe was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell the little things, just gave information and let me make the decision on if items were needed. I even recommended them to a neighbor across the way... highly recommend them!

Boe and Travis came to our house to clean our dryer vent. And, boy oh boy, did it ever need it!! They were extremely personable and professional. I appreciated that they gave us all sorts of "house tips" and were willing to listen to us and answer any questions that they could. They seemed to actually enjoy working with customers, and they seemed to enjoy their job of helping out people. I would definitely recommend those two and the company they work for.

Our dryer vent vents through the roof. The guys had to access the attic. A little more involved, but they were very thorough and left with everything vacuumed.
