They were very quick to respond. They gave me a quote the same day I contacted them. Answered my questions immediately and came out to replace and install my gas water heater the same day. The person who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and finished the work in a little over an hour. Will definitely keep in my address book. I had no other quotes but was so impressed with their customer service. They were worth every penny.

The installer was on time and did a good job. Only one little problem, the installer placed a wrench or pliers on the sink counter and it fell off on the tile floor and put two small chips in the tile. It needs to be repaired. A good learning experience.

First I would like to thank Jessica for informing me about rescheduling my appointment on yesterday. We rescheduled my time for today and Mike was my plumber and he was very courteous and efficient. Though my repair was small, he instantly knew what needed to be accomplished and got the job completed in no time. Excellent value, good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Was told by my utility I had a bad water leak someplace using much more than my usual. These guys got to it within 4 hours of my call and fixed the Major problem and returned on my request to replace full water main from meter to slab. After 1 1/2 days of rain. Talk bout swamp people. The workman who came out gave me a couple of options for the faucet repair 4. My least expensive option for my rental property did not work very long and once Sc.
