We had a very good experience with Rug Beaters. James responded to my request for a quote quickly, gave a very reasonable price and was able to do the job promptly. His work was thorough, and he even moved things around a bit more than was expected to get to additional carpeted areas. We will definitely use him again.

First let me say I bought the deal I believe in October and just never had a chance to get to it. I called to see if he might honor the deal at such a late date to which he replied he would have to check his books to make sure he did not already do it because he thought I was scamming him. if he had not already done it he would do it. He said he would check his records and call me the next day, which he did but I missed. I was able to schedule for a couple of days later. I found my initial chat with him quite rude. It was a thought he should have kept to himself. He showed up promptly at the set time in uniform but did not introduce himself. The areas he did in the bedroom came out very good it was mostly high traffic soiling. In the living room the carpet is a light beige and had a lot of heavy traffic soil.That came out nicely but did leave several dark spots that he made no extra effort to remove nor did not spray with anything extra. After the man was gone my husband ended up on hands and knees with vinegar and peroxide and completely removed the spots (My hero) They were not big spots but never the less I expected them gone. My empty living room size was 20 X 20 and the bedroom is large but had all the furniture. It took him less than 1.5 hours to complete the job which seemed pretty quickly to me. The carpet was not very wet and it dried very quickly. The temperature was cool that day but the heat was not on in the house. We waited until the following day to replace the furniture. In the past when we have had our carpets cleaned they have often raked the carpet when they were done. As he did not do this we raked it ourselves with a carpet rake.

Mr. Tiek arrived on time (to the minute), was cordial, got right to work. He was here for perhaps an hour, if that. The cleaning was very good. He had to do it all inside a fairly small space with a good bit of furniture in the way, but he got every inch. I'm very pleased with how clean the chairs are, and how refreshed the rugs look. A very good job, at a very reasonable price.

Mr. Tieck answered his phone on my first call, scheduled an appointment convenient for us, called to advise he was running a few minutes late, and was in and out in about an hour. The carpets look great. We had some stubborn stains that other providers were unable to remove which he was successful at removing. I would highly recommend Rug Beaters.

Personnel was punctual, friendly, informative, and thorough. Pet spots on the carpet vanished. Restored a moldy old sofa on the back porch to like new. A positive experience.

Called the company explained I wanted a carpet cleaning and some tile cleaned. The owner scheduled an appointment within 2 days (it could have been the next day if I wanted) and showed up at the appointment time. After he was finished, the carpets look brand new again! The kitchen floor has never looked so good.

Friends with cat allergies were on their way and planning to stay with us. We have 5 cats! I thought I would have to buy new furniture, but instead I called Rug Beaters. We set an appointment that worked for me, and he arrived 5 minutes early. He cleaned all three pieces, using equipment from his truck, in an hour and a half. The coupon price was $100 for all three. I was so delighted, I asked if they did anything else. He said they refinish terrazzo and mend, clean, and stretch carpets, among other things. I have hired him to clean and stretch our carpet, and I'll let you know how that goes.
