I got an estimate promptly. The price for the windows was extremely high ($340) but they did do an excellent job. The cleaning cost ($140) was reasonable and the girls were nice and efficient. They did a good job but not beyond what would be expected. I would use them again.

Melissa, Stacey and Whitney arrived promptly and immediately set to work cleaning every surface in the two bedroom apartment, starting with the bathrooms and kitchen. Melissa was very responsive when I asked her to clean the tops of all of the cabinets, door jambs, picture frames, window frames and wood blinds. When they were done the fixtures and appliances sparkled, the tile floors looked great, the carpets were thoroughly vacuumed, and every surface was dust-free. Mike, the owner, spent time going over everything with me, specifying what services would be performed on each visit. We set up a monthly schedule to clean the apartment, and the fee will be less than the initial cleaning. Overall I was very pleased, and I look forward to a continuing relationship with Rub a Dub Dub Cleaning Service.

From my initial contact with Michael Reed to the actual date of the cleaning, my experience was excellent. I have never used a cleaning service before, but at this point in my life, I needed help getting this house ready to move into.. Rub a dub dub's team took care of everything that I needed with hard work and courtesy. Their efforts are much appreciated.

Story is simple. I interviewed several companies. Rub-a- Dub-Dub gave the best pitch and price. The process took part of 2 days. They did the outside on one day and the inside on the following. Staff was polite and worked hard. Management came byboth days to check on the work and ask if I was satisfied. I was completely satisfied and would use them again.

I have had some back problems for awhile and then suffered a pinched nerve. Lots of pain and no bending allowed. The housework suffered, and I needed some help. I called Rub a Dub Cleaning Service due to their stellar reviews on Angie's list and explained that I needed - 2.5 bathrooms and my kitchen cleaned. I also needed all my floors vacuumed or scrubbed. The owner and I came to an agreement over the phone as to how much it would cost per hour/ per crew member, with the number of hours dependant on how many hours it took. I just needed to tell the crew exactly what I wanted done in each room. We scheduled a crew in for 2 days later - his first available. Three ladies arrived promptly on time, followed me to each room to hear what I wanted done (I was very specific to avoid any misunderstandings) and got to work immediately. They divided up the chores - one lady did the kitchen, one lady did the bathrooms and one did the floors. They were pleasant, smiling, courteous, asked questions when they needed clarification, and got on with it. A bit over an hour later, they were done. They asked me to go through for a check to see if everything was to my satisfaction - it really was. They did a great job and I am completely satisfied. I will definitely use the service again. The price was very reasonable for all they did.

I hired Rub a Dub Dub to clean my house before I had some family in town for graduation weekend. I called on a Friday, and on Monday the owner Mike came out to my home to give an estimate. Mike is very friendly and professional. He arrived on time. We spent about a half hour going through my home and making notes on areas that needed some special attention. The next day his team came out to clean my house. I can't speak to efficiency because I wasn't home while they cleaned, but they did an awesome job! It was great to come home to such a clean house. I have had my home professionally cleaned in the past by others and was always a little bit disappointed, never quite met my expectations given the amount of money the service generally costs. My experience with Rub a Dub Dub exceeded my expectations, so much so that I will be having them clean my home on a monthly basis. The day after the cleaning Mike followed up with me by phone to make sure I was happy with his service. Mike quoted me $105 for bi-weekly service and $118 for monthly service.

I recently purchased a home and just moved in. I thought I would clean the house myself, but it really needed a lot of work. I called Rub A Dub Dub because they got such great reviews. I spoke to the owner Mike and he came to my house within a few hours to give me an estimate. I was in luck as they were able to clean that same day as opposed to having to wait a few days. Mike got a team 5 people in there to do the job, top to bottom. At times there were only 2 people in my house, at other times 4 people. They swept the dust boards, cleaned window sills, cleaned all bathrooms, cleaned the kitchen draws, sinks, refrigerator and so much more. The house smelled great after they left and all the girls were so friendly. There was also a guy who came in and vacuumed all the tops of the plant shelves in the house. I got a quote from them as well to do the insides and outsides off all the windows. I don?t have much tile, but they did do a good job on that as well. Mike called the next day to see how everything was. There was only one thing that was not done and they forgot to clean the draws and cabinets in the master bedroom. I did mention it to Mike, but I figured it would take me 10 minutes tops to clean and told him not to worry about it, I was still happy with the service. They started the job at 1:45 and everyone was out about 4:00 or 4:10.

It was satisfactory. They were on time. They were pleasant and friendly. They missed a few spots that I had to go back over myself and do, but all in all, I think they did a good job. I think that the price was very reasonable.

They are consistent and good with their cleaning. They are easy to work with and very friendly. I think they are pretty price competitive and they are responsive and punctual. I will use them again in the future.

They did a very good job. They were very thorough. They were good enough that I have requested them to come back on an every two-week basis. It was $210 for the initial service.

Three women arrived right on time. They seemed to think this was fun to do. Their cheerful and neat appearances were appreciated. A fourth woman, their supervisor, arrived shortly afterwards. She worked with them, and checked spots that might easily be missed, as well as advising on the louver doors to my pantry, which were in bad shape. They worked for an hour and a half on 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a LR/DR and a kitchen. When they finished, all was sparkling. Shortly after, Mike, the owner, and his assistant, D.J. arrived and cleaned my carpets. They looked practically brand new. As my husband remarked later, "This was not just eyewash." I have been happy with this company. They are very professional and reliable. It is more than I have paid for a cleaning service in the past because I used to have an individual, so you pay for using a company, but it is locally owned and the owner has been very kind. I would recommend them if you are looking for an insured company that you can trust.

I'm pretty happy with this company. They show up on time, do a great job, and when I get home on Monday afternoon after my house has been cleaned, it looks and smells clean. The owner is very nice and if there is a need to change schedule he always calls (this doesn't happen often.)

They did a fantastic job. The owner of Rub a Dub came to the house. He set up the cleaning with my real estate agent. They went in to clean the house as I requested and did a great job. I gave a check to my real estate agent. She came and inspected the work before she gave them the check so it worked out fine.
