No work was ever performed at this address. This customer lives 2 hours away and owns a multifamily dwelling here in Gainesville. The issues that the customer had required both tenants to be home and the landlord to be available via phone. The tenants were complaining about how hard it is to get ahold of the landlord and how they have been dealing with issues for many weeks. Our tech. was never able to see all issues and neither was I as the second person on site. After our second visit, collaboratively we scheduled an appointment for a Saturday at a certain time. On that day we attempted to contact the customer for price approval, (which we are required to do before all jobs), the customer failed to answer so we left a voice message to which he returned on Tuesday. During this call the customer was irate, angry, and abusive. No work performed. No charges made. We visited the residence twice, spent time on phone, and consoled tenants, and we never asked for a dime.
