Description of Work: Rob came by the explain circumstance of change of telephone provider. He is still in business and was very apologetic that he did not get our previous service call request. It was nice of him to follow up since we used his services (as well as recommended him to our neighbors) many times in the past. Left his current contact info for future calls.
