Basically delayed the job by not responding. Cancelled job due to rain , never return phone call . Very poor communication.

We had excellent service from Rand R Construction and would certainly recommend Lance and his employees to our friends and use them again. Their estimate for the re-roofing was 50% of our first estimate and the work was done extremely well. Ken, our supervisor, was always in contact with us and very accommodating. All their subs were excellent, showing up on time, doing the work very carefully, and cleaning up after themselves. In all, it was an extremely satisfying experience. Why do anywhere else in Gainesville?

The work was done by subcontractors and a job they said would take 6 weeks took 4 months.

The completed job met our expectations. We were told that the whole process would take 5 to 10 working days, and they were done in 6 days. This was important in that there was a lot of disruption in our living quarters that had to take place, and everything was done quickly. They showed up when they said they would, and they finished each day's work on time. They answered all of our questions and paid attention to details that we felt were important. Both the marketing and contracting managers were great to work with. we will definitely consider R and R in any future remodeling/repair work.
