Description of Work: Obtain a COMPLETE estimate for ALL required work before they arrive. Verbal agreements carry 0 weight. There should be no expectation of fairness for any work completed outside of the estimate. They run a business and businesses are expected to make money. Plain & simple.

Description of Work: My repairs were not critical so it took a few days to schedule the company to come to my house for the work. It was worth the wait. They were very helpful. I requested services from Preston Link Electric for one broken light fixture, which they repaired very quickly. I asked if they would look at my ceiling fan that was not working properly. They said that they were there for a whole hour and there would be no additional fee to fix my ceiling fan also. They were very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. I would use there services again.
