The end result looks very nice. Letecia underestimated the amount of manufactured stone required to complete the job which extended the project about 4 weeks. My biggest gripe is her lack of communication. Hard to get on the phone and my emails were going to her trash. The fireplace had mortar smeared on the face of the rocks and she sent a kid out to power wash and replace a few stones. He did not power wash (though he had brought the equipment) and did not improve the stone face. She sent her husband out a week later and he did power wash to great effect. She was snippy and faintly hostile. A good job is in the details which we eventually got but I had to pursue the details.

It took a while to get an appt to get a quote, probably because they are good and busy. The price was cheaper than or similar to other quotes. The workers left a little bit of mess around the area but we called and they came back to clean up, only very little was still laying around. The owner even came out to quality check the finished product and make sure we were happy. I would call them again!

I went with them because two people recommended them to me. The lady who came really worked with him. I liked her approach a lot. She did a fantastic job and was in and out quickly. She started the work on Tuesday and finished it on Friday. The lady told me first that she would simply not put the new driveway on the old one. She told me that she can?t guarantee the work if she can?t go ahead and get the right foundation. When the job was done I did not have to pay anymore. She even paved the pool area. She gave me a guarantee for five years. She paved a total of 1423 sq ft of area. Their price was more or less the same as other companies.
