I was less than a week post-hip-replacement surgery, and not yet mobile, when a fire occurred in the kitchen. (News flash: NEVER EVER light an oven without looking inside, especially if you're in someone else-s home, to ensure the rack is where it needs to be, and, even more important, to ensure there's nothing IN the oven that could catch fire. DUH!) Needless to say, it was one heck of a mess and pretty traumatic into the bargain.Our insurance adjuster recommended Paul Davis to handle the clean-up, and we concurred.This was a time when a contractor could have made a bad situation even worse. But Paul Davis did everything they said they would do. They arrived on time, and they did a thorough job of the clean up. Paul Davis personnel were professional at all times, as well as friendly and caring.If there should ever be a need for such services again, I'd bring back Paul Davis Restoration without a second thought. They're the best!

From the very beginning they were professional, reasonably priced, and informative about when he would schedule my job. He was on time to our appointment (unlike many of the others that don't even show up!) efficient, and left my kitchen looking even better than before the fire! I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Estimate done by PDR w/insurance adjustor. Bob Bagley from PDR oversaw job w/Brandon Hare as on-site supervisor. Work done as promised by both subs, and Mr. Bagley & Brandon were very helpful in negotiating timing issues and assuring that subs performed as expected. They were helpful in answering our questions regarding jobs and materials, and assuring cleanup done,etc. I could call or email and get a response in reasonable time. PDR also offered an extra guarantee on work. All-in-all, we're really glad we had them overseeing the work, esp. since we had 2 major repairs going at once and we aren't knowledgeable about construction. We had already gotten some estimates before PDR gave us theirs, and their price was very much in line w/independent estimates. We feel we got a decent deal w/o the headaches of managing it all by ourselves.
