+ -1 moreWe had Gordon Harpe with Paradise Home Inspections do a home inspection, 4-Point Inspection, and Wind Mitigation Report on the home we were under contract to purchase. He was able to schedule us within a week of contacting him, provided a detailed and clear home inspection and report that he emailed me upon completion, and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I live out of state and was not able to attend the inspection so our real estate agent was there representing us. Gordon was happy to answer my questions when I called him, responded to emails politely and quickly, and was very professional and respectful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do a home inspection on their home in Gainesville.
