Despite confirming the appointment via email and putting my name on his online scheduling calendar, Leroy never showed up. He called me 30 minutes after my appointment time (first time he has ever called me back) to ask where I was because he was waiting for me at his shop at the other end of town. I reminded him that I had requested mobile detailing and that he confirmed this via email. He then said he suddenly remembered that he had *another* customer with my same name and that it he had booked this other customer (once again, with my same name) instead. He said he would "fix this" and call me right back. The situation was frustrating for several reasons: 1) I had taken time from work and had planned to be at home for him to wash the cars. 2) At one point, he started laughing during our conversation. 3) He seemed far more interested in taking care of the alleged other customer instead of honoring my appointment. 4) He never bothered to call me back.

Leroy was very courteous and accommodating. He had no available appointments for today so I asked if he would call me if he had a cancellation and he said he would bring in more staff just so that he could squeeze me in today. He also did a great job on my car. Would definitely use them again!

What you'd expect & more: attention to detail. Owner Leroy cleaned & detailed my 25ft class C motorhome even better than expected & at agreed-upon price. 5 year old unit looks like new. This is a big job that took him a few days (as he informed me up front) & the results are impressive. Never had this done before but expect to repeat regularly from now on. Communications were a bit difficult but take this as a suggestion not to let that deter you - it's worth it to make a couple extra calls, texts, or emails to have him do the work. His business phone takes texts, & you can email direct or off of his website (incl making appointments).

Leroy is a well mannered and intended person. I started out getting my vehicle detailed to a very high degree $$$ and then I bring in my vehicles monthly $$ to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles. At my request he calls me monthly to let me know when my vehicles need servicing. He has even arranged transportation for me when I couldn't arrange a drop off. He really knows how to gently and successfully clean many different cosmetic issues, lady bug removal, scratches, fog up head lamps. He is just a genuine person and takes pride in his work and is very helpful. Highly Recommend
