+ -1 moreThey emptied the pool, cleaned off the old paint, cut a line under the existing tiles and rolled out bond material, then hand troweled on the new coat of cement mixed with tiny bits of blue stone and refilled the pool. Every step was done by an experienced worker that was employed at that company for several years. Everyone came on time and left the workplace clean. All along we were informed about each step of the process and the time it would take. All work went according to plan and the result was as promised. Would hire them again, but with the quality of the result we might not need them for another 30 years!

Description of Work: After 25 years the 20x40 foot pool needed to be resurfaced and retiled. The job was completed in two weeks and was excellent. They are wonderful to work with. They had to drain the pool, remove the old gunnite and tile, and apply a new pebble finish and hand trowel.

+ -1 moreThey encountered some issues with our pool along the way (the pool light needed to be replaced and the jacuzzi was hopeless, so we decided to disconnect it and replaster the pool only). He and his wife came out and gave an estimate, which was at the lower end of the range. I definitely recommend their work. The only caution I'd offer is to get your agreement in writing, as well as any changes along the way...not because they are dishonest, but because it makes good sense and memories of what was agreed to are not always in synch. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Jimmy Padgett's company has been replastering pools in Gainesville for a long time, and with good reason. His team is professional and experienced, and the finished job looks terrific.
