The response to our review by North Woods roofing management insisted that we had uploaded pictures of the work that had not done by North Woods roofing.(NWR) Th project manager had when initially contacting me identified himself to represent North Woods roofing. He took pictures following his last visit to resolve the ongoing issue. Those pictures would reflect the work area of our home for comparison purposes. I have not been offered, for determination that they did in fact leave the work unresolved and without completing the work. North Woods roofing started the work, returned on numerous occasions. Finally denied they did not leave the project with the images I have taken, also I had sent to their office, and stated we hindered their attempt to complete the work. A leaking porch roof following rain and no repair to the wood at the base of the chimney is what we are left with.

This company was very professional and easy to work with. They were very prompt in replacing my existing roof. The materials arrived early and were stored properly, The crew arrived at 7AM and worked till 7PM. They worked till dark each day and entire job was completed in 3 days. . They kept me advised each day as to the progress. Exceptional clean-up not a nail left behind. Not like the past having many tire repairs and etc. Would recommend this company. I cannot say enough about this company. From beginning to end, they were absolutely professional, awesome, reliable and reasonably priced. We did have one small leak after the roof was done and they came out immediately and fixed the leak (this was on a weekend also). We had two hurricanes that came a couple months after they replaced the roof and they checked in on us to make sure everything was good! My husband and I are absolutely satisfied with the work they did and will and have recommended them to people who have roofing needs! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Fast, did a great cleanup after the work. The roof looks great. The crew did a few little things extra for me because of the storm. They were dedicated to the job and though I don't know roofing they appeared to be very skilled.

Excellent service and fast response to our calls. The installation went smoothly and everything was cleaned up quickly. Fair pricing along with a great warranty. If I had another roof, Iâ d have them replace that one too!
