the guy came out and disconnected the switch on the wall because he didnt knoww why it was there and 2 outlets started smoking he put it out and quoted a 6200 bill to fix it by replaceing the panel but because my credit check failed I was left with a problem which one week later caused a fire in one of the outlets that had been smoking so I called them and the same guy came out and disabled the breakers in the panel and quoted me a possible 1900 bill to fix it and rode away I dont know why seniors and other people on a limited income have to be afraid to go to bed because something might catch fire all because I cant help you be safe because you cant pay lots of money to have that .

My sales technician Roberto was very knowledgeable, asking me questions about what I needed done and giving me additional suggestions about the work. He arranged financing and explained the work needing to be done to the installers Anne and Jacob, who did an excellent job installing a light switch and two outlets to a shed, and RV hookup, and an outlet for our water system. Highly recommend Mister Sparky.

Fast response, (same day) through check on all systems and safety suggestions. I decided on an upgrade and additions so Dio came the first day and fixed the main problem and brought his squad back the second day for the safety and upgrades. Very nice group and very careful with everything. Even wore booties to prevent tracking dirt. I highly recommend these guys especially Dio!

I was impressed because they sent a picture of the technician to my phone. So I knew what he looked like before he arrived. The technicians are not allowed to use your rest rooms another plus. The technician cleaned up after he completed his work. Yes, I would use and recommend.

I was very impressed and quite pleased with the work and friendliness of Cody and Kneis. They arrived on time, did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward. I would definitely use them again.

Mike Pace was very professional and explained the cost of service up front. He checked the circuits to determine the problem and quickly found a solution. Although he had to return to replace the circuit breaker, he installed he was most courteous and quickly installed the new part and tested the circuit to ensure it worked properly. You can be assured that I will call mister sparky for any electrical needs in the future.
