Description of Work: Matt and his crew did a great job of remodeling my master bathroom which included tiling of bathroom floor, tiling of shower floor, knocking out a small wall. The area was left clean at the end of each day and they were very professional. I will hire them for any future renovations I may have. I was extremely pleased.

Description of Work: The work performed on my roof by Matt's Maintenance was above and beyond my expectations. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: Unable to remedy most important repair. Said they had to order parts and would give new estimate- never called. After several calls and more money, came back and "fixed. " Doors came off next time we tried to open. Called again and said would order parts etc etc and never came or called...

Description of Work: There were lots of small jobs I'd been putting off. Two gentlemen came from Matt's Remodeling and took care of everything, including replacing some rotten wood on the corner of the house, replacing and painting drywall in the garage, hanging a mirror, fixing a closet door, removing old rain barrels, removing 4 large posts in the back yard, and some other tasks. They were efficient and polite.

Description of Work: We started the 2nd week of January with the master bath. They completely gutted the bathroom, and started from scratch. New cabinets, vanity, linen tower, flooring and custom built shower. It turned out beautifully! Next project was the guest bathroom, new vanity cabinet installed, new tub and tile, new floor, paint, etc. Next was the kitchen/dining room, laundry room, and 3rd bathroom. Total gutting of the kitchen (except for floor. I kept original tile in kitchen). Removed a closet and installed all new cabinets, quartz counter tops, new walls (both kitchen and dining room). Also removed the old range hood and installed an over the range microwave. Removed the shower from 3rd bathroom and installed new closet and door. Plastered and painted walls in laundry room and bathroom, and installed a pocket door between kitchen and laundry room so that I could close it off from view. All new appliances were also installed. There were many more minor things done as well. While there were a few hiccups in the process, such as delays on products (glass and quartz), but, Matt handled it all professionally, and did his best to move things along. In all, we are very satisfied with Matt and his workers, and will definitely consider using him again when we are ready for the next phase of home makeover!

Description of Work: Matt's crew did a great job on my ceiling fans, so I hired them to assemble the desk my hubbie ordered on-line. They worked for 3 hours on a Friday, but weren't able to finish it - it IS a really big U-shaped desk with lots of parts. They returned on their next working day and finished the job. They did a great job and took all the empty boxes, etc, with them - leaving the office ready to go. My hubbie is very pleased with the results. It cost a little bit more than we expected, but it was a big job so we feel the price was fair.

Description of Work: I have used Matt for the past two years for a number of jobs. He paints and repairs holes to drywall at the beach place, he hangs pictures, he takes away footboards on beds, lately Matt took down our large outdoor light over the front door. He hung our bicycles from the ceiling as required in the garage. He is my go-to handyman for any item I need. He works on larger projects with my interior decorator but we are at the maintenance level at last. Matt makes appointments and keeps them. He is on time, he vacuums when he is through. He's neat, clean and first rate. I can't say enough good things about him.
