They never showed up! Had a scheduled appointment time and they haven't even called at all. Very poor customer service!

My sprinkler service and fertilizer & that sort of thing, I use Massey. The cost goes along with the sprinkler system that we use. It's combined and I don't know the cost.

It is $75 a quarter. They are very accommodating with scheduling, they respond to any concerns and they do show up when they say they will. Their price is pretty comparable to any other pest service. I have no issues.

They were very knowledgeable and nice but they were a lot higher than I could afford at that moment and they quoted only for the front yard and did not want to do the back yard. They sounded like they really knew what they were doing. They were very nice and took their time and looked around to give me a good quote. They were real detailed about it and if their price was lower I would have hired them. We are in an older house and older neighborhood and they probably do a higher end area but everything was great.

The service is good, they and they very pleasant. They stop by occasionally to make sure we are happy with their work.

Massey showed up on time, did their job, and there was no hassle or fuss. They take care of things, are very dependable, and trustworthy. I called around to several places and Massey was mid range in price.

They charge $88, quarterly. They are very easy to work with. They explain things that are going on. They come out on a regular basis without me having to call them. Their pricing seems to right up there.

Workers from 5 Massey Services Inc. Company come out in a timely manner whether I call them or not. They treat from the outside. They also come out if we have additional pest problems. They do a good job. They do what they say. They have always been nice. I would continue to use them in the future.

It is an ongoing relationship, with the lawn treatment and pest control workers visiting every month and the termite and irrigation experts coming every other month. I have had excellent results from each of Massey's divisions. Every worker is courteous and well trained. The work is always above reproach. I recommend Massey strongly.

There was a line broken in our yard. He found it and fixed it. He showed on time. He did wonderful work.
