They were very quick to respond to my call. Even went out of their way to bring a floor unit A/C back to the house (at 7pm that night) for us to use for 2 days while they ordered new unit. I asked about using the Angie's List coupon and was told it was only for new customers and I had used them once previously, but the unit that shipped had a MINOR dent and they offered to pass along the savings from the shipper of $250 so turned out to be a better deal anyway. Plus I received a very nice chocolate basket from Edible Arrangements today saying thanks for the business. I was again impressed with the quality of work, responsiveness, even the price, and will definitely use them in a year or 2 when it is time to replace the unit in my other house.

They also removed and disposed of our 2 old units. Set up our new thermostats. Have been out immediately to help with two minor glitches. (They work till midnight by the way)! Answer all questions willingly and pleasantly. Sent us an Edible Arrangement thank you gift for our business. Wow! They were not only professional and courteous, but they were just plain nice people who treated us as they wanted to be treated. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you! Highly recommend.

Our room was about 80 degrees F last night...So we figured the A/C wasn't working. It's an old unit, so I thought we needed to buy a new one. I called Liberty Air Conditioning & Heating at 4:30 p.m. Luckly Philip Ferrara picked up. He personally came to the house and checked both the inside and outside units. The thermostat was found to be defective and then and there he fixed it. So, from the time I called to the time the A/C was working: 1h 50 min... I don't think this can be quicker. Philip was also very professional and pleasant. Additionally, he is the first person to come to service my home that cared to get shoe covers to walk into our house. Thanks guys!!

We purchased a new system from LibertyAir just under three years ago. From getting our quote and then installation to having our regular maintenance, we continue to be impressed by the professionalism of all staff, the quality of their work, the superior knowledge of Philip and the technicians, and the fair prices. Courtesy, punctuality, clean job site, efficiency, and ability to answer all questions with sound information make us feel very fortunate that we found Philip and his company. We can't imagine working with any other company for our HVAC needs because LibertyAir sets the standard for this industry in our area.

Liberty Air not only provide the lowest quote out of three I obtained, but were also the most professional company that gave me quotes for a complete HVAC system replacement. The workers were friendly and accommodating to some of my extra requests (e.g. moving my thermostat to a different place in the house). They were also very clean; they used cloth booties when in the house and removed all debris inside and outside. The workers also helped set up a Nest thermostat, which was mighty helpful. No real criticisms and I would be happy to use them again.

Liberty Air was great, the owner himself showed up within an hour or so of our call to them, even though it was peak season and they were very busy. He got our air conditioner going again after just a couple of hours, didn't try to upsell us on a new system, and was very matter of fact, honest and a pleasure to work with. We'll definitely call Liberty Air again if we need help in the future.

they were clean, professional, he checked the unit, offer to fix the unit, he recommended replacing the AC due to its age. the 2nd opinion did not recommend replacement and fixed it for 300.00

They installed the system in less than a day. The techs were courteous, fast efficient and neat. There was a minor problem I noticed the day after system was installed. It was fixed right away.

Liberty Air did an excellent job and out of four different quotes, had the best price. They worked up quotes on several different options and explained the pros and cons of each one. When it came to installation, they were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. .

From the estimation to the installation, everything went excellently. They were punctual and courteous. I would have used them even if they were not the lowest estimate, because after getting to know Phil some, I believe he is an honest man who strives to do great work and be a good steward of the company that God has entrusted to him.

Libertyair performed annual maintenance on the air conditioning units at our primary residence and rental property. The air conditioning at the rental property is over twenty years old and we were certain they would recommend a new unit. To our delight, Jimmy, the service technician cleaned and serviced the unit and told us it was still running great. He gave us several recommendations to keep stress on the unit low and make sure it was maintained for another few years. Wow. We had the same experience several days later at our primary residence where our air conditioner had not been serviced since we moved in six years ago. Jimmy cleaned and serviced the unit, gave us a few tips on keeping it maintained and was in and out within the hour. Both times, Libertyair was on time, on budget and exceeded our expectations. We found them to be reliable, pleasant to work with and highly professional. Thanks guys!

They made a mistake on the rebate but did not try to readjust the estimate. They provided fast and efficient service. I would use them again.

I have used Liberty Air in the past for a routine service agreement. However, we decided our 20 year old HVAC system needed to be replaced. We called Liberty Air and could not have been more pleased. Philip (very hands-on owner) came out and gave me a qoute with several different options and price points. He explained everything very well and didn't pressure us into any one option. The prices were great - so, we didn't even shop around. Philip runs a great company and his customer-centered philosophy is very impressive. On the day of the install, b/c GRU wasn't going to give the double rebate on the brand we had selected, Philip was able to give us a slightly better brand to qualify for the rebate and he said that he would still honor the quote from the less expensive equipemnt. And....even more good news....he found another $150 rebate. He really is looking out for his customers and is builiding long-term relationships. The installation was done in exactly the amount of time they estimated and they left my garage cleaner than when they got here. Every employee of his that has come to my house (with my maintenance agreement and now with this install) has been polite, professional and clean cut (never a creepy vibe with letting them into my home). I can say that I will definitely keep my maintenance agreement with them and they will be the first guys I call if I have any HVAC issues in the future. Highly recommend! You won't regret it.

They checked it out, provided an estimate and I authorized the work. The work as done but the price was a little more than expected.
