Our old outside unit sits just beside the entrance to our garage and was completely enclosed with no visible wires. The literature for the new HVAC showed photos of the unit and did not show any exposed wires. Had we known that the unit we agreed to purchase had a large area of exposed wires, we may have selected a different unit or requested Liberty Air to install it with the wires facing away from the driveway. As it is, we get to see this ugly mess of wires every day. Less than two years after the install, we lost power to the outside unit and we needed a service call. The tech restored power to the unit by working with those exposed wires. The contract we signed to purchase the unit included a Honeywell thermostat. When the job was completed, our thermostat was manufactured by a company we had never heard of. Liberty Air also wanted to put their name on the thermostat in our home. We requested they leave the thermostat without their name. The contract also included a 5-inch filter. We presumed the filter would be manufactured by Trane, since it was being installed on a Trane unit. When we went to register the warranty with Trane, they told us the filter was not theirs. We checked and found out it was not a Trane filter and that we had to register for the warranty on the filter within two weeks of installation. Fortunately, we were able to do so; however, Liberty Air should have made us aware of the short time frame. Liberty Air pulled the permit for the HVAC on the day of installation. The permit is good for six months. Eight months after the installation, Liberty Air called our home to schedule the final inspection. We had already called the inspector ourselves prior to the expiration of the permit. We had asked Liberty Air to give us a quote to address the extreme heat and extreme cold (depending on the season) in the bonus room above our garage. They suggested adjusting the thermostat when we are going to use the room. I am still mad at myself for not getting an estimate to address the problem area with a better solution. We'll call someone else to see if they can help.

The technician helped me to decide whether to try to repair the old, failed unit or purchase a new one. I decided to purchase a new one. Installation occurred within the week - 4 days after reporting the problem. On time, fave me a complete estimate (unit, labor, taxes).

At every stage of the process LibertyAir was very accommodating, polite, professional, helpful and informative. We had the opportunity to work with the owner, the office staff, two different tech crews, and they were all top notch. Perhaps I should add that I've been self employed all my life and have accumulated an absurd number of opinions about how such transactions should go. At every step of the way LibertyAir met or exceeded my expectations, leaving me with nothing to complain about, a happy outcome for all. We had LibertyAir replace an entire air conditioning system, as our compressor and air handler were just short of a quarter century old, and way past they're expected life span. LibertyAir was fantastic!! Philip was incredibly prompt, responsive, and of course professional. We shopped around with several companies and found their prices competitive, and their level of service and quality top-notch. They did a wonderful job installing our new system and were prompt in responding to every one of our questions before, during, and after installation. I will definitely continue to do business with them for all of my regular maintenance because working with them has been a true pleasure.

Absentee owner, so they were good about security, access, and all that. Very prompt and professional.

I was not present but my son was and the technician called me and kept me informed of anything he found what it would cost, he also gave me alternatives as to different courses of action. Informed me that one of the units was low on gas which usually means there is a leak somewhere but could not do the leak test because he did not have the right equipment with him. Said it appeared to be a very slow leak, so he charged it and advised that I call and set up another visit to do the test. He kept me informed and was very professional, but I wish technicians would carry the necessary equipment to do those test since this will probably involve another service call. Overall I was very pleased.

This was an emergency job, and Liberty Air really came through for us. They showed up on time for an initial assessment of the problem and provided several options ranging from partial to full replacement of our AC system. We opted for full replacement given that our existing system was more than 10 years old. We were ecstatic that Liberty Air was able to replace the entire system the next day because they have a local distribution center. By noon the next day, we were enjoying cool and dry air again. We give Liberty Air our highest recommendation!!

They are total professionals. They gave a fair price and showed up on-time, were dressed heatly and behaved professionally. They installed the system quickly. We saw one minor cosmetic flaw (a small tear) in the insulating blanket that wraps the outdoor compressor and they were out quickly and installed a new one (great response). I would highly recommed them without any reservations.

Liberty Air as usual performed flawlessly. They provide my twice annual maintenance and when my A/C was failing they diagnosed the problem and advised of the two solutions with the associated price. Based on the age of the system, I decided to remove and replace the entire system. They offer you a price comparison of the units offered by two manufacturers with price points based on the Seer rating. Once the decision was made, they scheduled the appointment onsite. Jimmie, came out with his crew and they knocked out the job in about 5 hours. The price included the entire installation including a new pad for the condenser unit and thermostat. They left the Job site clean and then Jimmie left the warranty registration information and Tracy followed up since it is important to make sure to register the units in order for the warranty to be honored. All paper work is emailed. The system has worked flawlessly. From dealing with Tracy in the office to having Jimmie and his crew install the system, this is the way customer service is supposed to work. A great appreciation and thanks to Liberty Air for the service you all provide.
