It could not have gone better...they were punctual, polite and cleaned everything up before they left. They answered my questions, made sure we knew how to operate the unit and said to call if we had questions. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied and when I called with the inevitable questions, a technician got back to me within minutes and walked me through the procedures again. After 10 months of use, I would purchase the same exact unit again and I'd call Liberty Air again. Very happy customer!

Installers were on time, courteous, business-like and completed installation in 4 hrs. after leaving estimated that up to 6 hrs may have been required. Also note that company owner-not technician as salesman-saw us (1/18/17) to provide quote and answer all our questions.

Phillip Ferrara, owner of LibertyAir, came to our home to meet with us. He evaluated our existing system and our requirements then provided a detailed estimate for a Trane system at a very fair price. In the end, we chose a different brand of equipment but came away very impressed with Phillip and LibertyAir. We would happily do business with them in the future.

The service was fine. I paid normal price for the other one which was around $90. I paid $75.99 for one and $90 for the other one which was appropriate.

I plan to use this company for all my A/C maintenance needs too. Very impressed with everyone that works at the company. Excellent job!

Tech arrived on time, got straight to work. Explained everything he did and checked during the visit. I opted for the twice/yr plan so they will return in the spring to maintenance the AC.

Very professional. Their office called within 10 minutes of the Angie's email request. Soon after the technician called and said he would be here within 30 to 40 minutes. He arrived within 35 minutes. He diagnosed the system, clearly explained what he found, recharged the AC, and advised us on future steps we should take.

Quick to come present sales; (our AC compressor went out during very hot period). Ordered and installed the next day. Efficient installation in about 6 hours. Technicians answered all questions; taught how to use new thermostat, even replaced (without additional cost) a galvanized pipe from hot water heater that had been installed incorrectly by a plumbing company 2 years ago. (We were not aware this pipe was installed incorrectly). Liberty Air was a new company to us and we were very impressed. Philip, the owner, is a Christian and appears to apply his Christian values to his profession.

Phillip was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He scheduled appointments based on my schedule and even dropped off a portable A/C unit while I waited for my new system to come in (with no charge).

The team at Liberty Air were professional and thorough. The sales process was transparent, informative and not pushy. We did have a few issues after installation, but a technician arrived within 2-3 hours of our call and resolved the problems. Overall, we were pleased with the level of service.

Called Liberty after hours. They came out within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem. They fixed the A/C in 30 minutes. Friendly, prompt, and fair.

The service was prompt and excellent.

First diagnostic indicated that the compressor capacitor had to be replaced (around $100). After replacing compressor capacitor, a second diagnostic found that the fan motor capacitor had to be replaced (around $100). After that, a third diagnostic found that the hard start kit needed to be replaced (around $200). Plus service call fee = $507! When I visited my son's condo I notice that the insulation for the return line from the condenser unit to the condo was worn and had fallen off the return line. This would have been obvious to the service technician. It was directly below the panel that had to be removed to replace the capacitors. The unit also could have used a simple internal cleaning and vacuuming. The service technician did not bring these matters to my attention. In general, the service technician was annoyed that I asked for explanations of the work I was paying for - what was being replaced, why, and for how much? In my opinion, it is likely that the service technician decided not to inform me of the other service options (insulation repair and cleaning) that would have been helpful because of this. Over many years, I have had similar work done at my home in Gainesville, a condo in St Augustine beach, and other rentals in Gainesville. This service was much more expensive than expected based on my experience with replacement of capacitors and compressor start kits. In addition, I had to call the company to get a detailed invoice for what they replaced. There was no information regarding part number or manufacturer on the invoice that was emailed to me. For $500, I want to know what I paid for! I will not use this service vendor again!

The technicians (Jimmy, Ryan and Josue) were on time and performed the work quickly while maintaining the quality of the installation. The work performed and equipment installed were very neat and it was obvious they take pride in the work they do. Phillip, the sales rep, also came by to monitor the work and made sure I was happy with the process. The installation was done in half of a day and all work areas involved were cleaned and restored to their prior condition. These guys know what they are doing, enjoy their work and were professional and pleasant to deal with.

It's a large item - long term investment so you want good equipment and a high quality installation. That's exactly what I received from Liberty Air. Philip is a very knowledgeable, hands on HVAC technician / company owner. I was impressed with his commitment and integrity. He presented options well suited to my needs, scheduled the installation, saw to it that it started on time and personally reviewed the installation when it was completed. Jimmy and Ryan were both competent and professional technicians when it came to the installation. They worked as a well integrated team and got the job done right the first time. I needed two units replaced. They probably could have gotten them both done in one day, but despite a 50 mile round trip to my location, they made the trip back the next morning to do the second installation starting out fresh and ready to go. It's good to be able to have confidence in the new equipment, the way it was installed and to have established a relationship with Liberty Air for future service needs.

Liberty air ac& heating was on time for the initial quote & installation. The equipment was installed in the time allotted. Two installers were professional in appearance and completed the work both the ac & heat since installation with no issues. Very quiet unit, their office staff is very helpful & cogeneration as well.

He then presented me with a variety of replacement options from which I could chose, based on each unit's specifications and related costs. I felt comfortable with his professional presentation along with his responses to my follow-up questions. After weighing a number of proposals, I selected Liberty Air to replace my unit. Liberty Air's technical staff arrived early on the designated day and installed the new Trane unit within the estimated time frame I had been given. I appreciated that they were courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after the job was completed. Liberty Air's office personnel later contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied with the installation and that I had completed the online warranty forms. I plan to use Liberty Air to service my air conditioning/heater unit in the future.
