WOW! Never have had better service from any company!! From the very start, from the 1st phone call to get an estimate, to the finished work, Philip and his employees @ LibertyAir were courteous, prompt and professional. It was so nice to see that even the install employees were in uniform, clean cut and responsible looking, courteous and respectful. Hard to find now a days with many companies. Let me add that the other 2 companies that came out to do estimates had very nice and courteous estimators. One was very quick to do an overall evaluation that made it hard to believe would be accurate. The other was late (with little regard to that fact) but was very thorough. Philip came out to do the estimate, he was on time, he listened to our concerns with the system and the costs involved, and made an honest evaluation of the system, including the necessity of the duct work to be replaced rather than just repaired, which the other 2 companies bid for replace/repair. We were concerned with the additional cost of the new duct work and Philip made a big effort to come in very close to the estimates of the other 2 companies estimates that only included replacing what "needed" to be replaced and repairing the old ducts (very old ducts). Communication was stellar from start to finish. Philip made sure all work was done correctly and to his specifications and standards and to our satisfaction. Very highly recommended. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

The person who came out to do the quoting and do the project, was the owner, Phil. He was pleasant to deal with, straight forward, and honest. The outcome was what he predicted it to be.

As far I know, everything is working just fine. They were easy to deal with when I was hiring them from out of town.

It has been just over a year since we got our new system from LIBERTYAIR, and we continue to be so impressed with the highest quality service and expertise that we receive. Work (by Bill) was done flawlessly, cheerfully, efficiently, and with a spotless job site. Philip, the owner, is always very friendly, helpful, and easily accessible for questions, and his responses show his exceptional knowledge and his true customer service attitude. Plus, everyone is ALWAYS on time! We are also consistently saving 20%+ on our monthly electric charges. We couldn't be more pleased, so LIBERTYAIR continues to get our highest recommendation!

Overall our experience with Libertyair was refreshing. Our electric bill has decreased somewhat (but then, so has this summer's heat). The system is much quieter than the old clunker and a/c filters easier to find. No problems in the 3-1/2 months of operation, but we trust Libertyair will take good care of us should a problem occur. We did qualify for the 6 months no interest financing option, which makes the purchase less expensive. I should comment that we did not discuss any other perhaps less costly a/c systems with Philip at the onset, just went with his recommendation. We probably could have saved some money on another system, but we neglected to pursue price.

I was very impressed with the prompt responsiveness from LibertyAir's entire team. I called three companies and they responded first and I'm glad they did. They were going to come out that night but I suggested they come the next morning. When he arrived, the serviceman was very prompt and got right to work. He was very thorough and diligent. All in all it took two hours but I was very happy with every minute. He educated me on several ways I could improve my current AC system effectiveness. When he left, everything was very clean and tidy and the AC was working better than ever. I know when we get ready to replace our system in a few years I will definitely be calling LibertyAir to handle the job.

Very nice people. My a/c died, they came out took a look gave me some options and I decided to go with a highend replacement. They told me about a GRU rebate which I just received, $550 which I will now use on a vacation. My main installer work with me quite a bit. I left them in the house to do the work while I was at work and I felt confident in doing so. I did make it home before he left and he took his time at the end of a long day (10+ hours) to explain everything to me. Philip (the owner) and his office manager sent me a nice and surprising thank you gift for purchase. They responded to my email correspondece quickly. Over all an Excellent experience with Liberty.

Called on a Sunday to say I had no air. Philip said he would be out in 2 hours but came in 1 hour. He checked and told me where and what the problem was and took the time to explain my options and the cost. There was no pressure whatsoever about what decision I should make and didn't even suggest replacing the system till I inquired. Considering the cost of the repair I thought it would be better to replace my system since I had already put a small fortune into it last summer. An air unit was brought to me to use until mine was replaced. Within 48 hours Philip and his great crew had ordered and installed the system. They were so kind and great to work with I would definitely recommend them and will call them again in the future. They even offered to move my son-in-laws motorcycle into the garage. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had and worked really hard to make sure we had A/C by the end of the day. They are Awesome.

LIBERTYAIR are absolutely fantastic. They called and notify us when the company technician coming. They told us that there is no overtime pay given if the technician works late. Their tech came and start working from start to finish. I am pleased with their work.

Our AC system recently quit working. We had Liberty Air come out and inspect. They found that the coil needed to be replaced. Phillip the owner took the time to do some research and found out that the unit was one month away from going out of warranty so the part was covered! We only had to pay the labor. I really appreciate his willingness to take that time to save me some money!!

We lost our a/c on a 90-degree Saturday afternoon. We were not satisfied with our current a/c company, and, fortunately, we found LIBERTYAIR and called their main number. The owner, Philip, took our weekend call, which really impressed us. Within ½ hour, a senior mechanic, Bill, was at our home,clearly knew what he was doing, and diagnosed our problem, which was unfortunately that the a/c needed to be replaced. Philip, who was out of town, called us right away, took lots of time to answer all our questions, gave us a very fair price for a new system, and ordered all the components, which were delivered the following Monday early morning. LIBERTYAIR arrived before 8 a.m., and our new system was installed neatly and cheerfully, with obvious expertise, and with a clean job site and great care to our property. In addition, over that hot weekend, LIBERTYAIR also provided us with a portable a/c unit to help us with cooling until we got the new system installed?what a great idea! Our new system works perfectly, saves us money, and we even got a follow-up courtesy phone call to make sure everything was working properly. We are very satisfied customers. We never imagined that this highest-level customer service and professional attitude still existed anymore. We can't say enough good things about LIBERTYAIR, and we're really happy to know that we now have a solid, honest company to rely on for our a/c and heating needs. Their integrity, fair prices, exceptional customer service, product knowledge, professional attitude, and quick response can?t be equaled. HAPPY UPDATE SIX MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION (04/15/12): It's not how you treat a customer before the sale, it's how you treat them afterward. LIBERTYAIR .is still the same honest, knowledgeable, helpful, 'treats us like family" company that they were before we purchased our new heat/ac system. We've had a couple of questions, and the answers we got showed broad technical knowledge and a desire to make sure that questions were answered clearly and fully. Once when a phone description was not enough to explain our question about something related to the system, Philip, the owner, stopped by within a couple of hours to make sure everything was OK. Regarding our electric bills, we're seeing at least a 20% savings every month. We just couldn't be happier. LIBERTYAIR is still the finest contractor we've ever encountered in any of the trades, and we feel very fortunate that we found them. They take great care of their customers!

After reviewing two bids I chose LibertyAir because they seemed to want to meet, not exceed, my ac/heating needs and not just sell me a unit. The owner went over options with me after measuring my home and assessing my needs. We discussed SEER needs, rebates, and financing options. They did the paperwork needed for 12 month same-as-cash financing and for the rebates.They were professional and knowledgeable and I have recommended them to many friends.

Our home air conditioner stopped working at 8pm on one of the hottest days on record. Our previous experience with another air conditioning company left us with the feeling that we came out on the short end of the bargain. So, this time I used Angie's List for some recommendations. This was our first time using Angie's List and we feel like we hit a home run at our first "at bat." I called LIBERTYAIR about 8:30pm and left a voice message. Phillip, the owner, called back within the hour and we set an appointment for the next morning. He arrived promptly the next morning, troubleshot the system and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. We couldn't have been more pleased. His fast, friendly service will make anyone happy. I've already recommended him to one of my friends this afternoon.

I can only comment on my experience with Liberty while getting an estimate. Everything was handled very professionally and I have no complaints. Phillip looked in each of my rooms, in the attic and out in the garage. He gave me an estimate and requested I contact him if I had any questions and concerns.

I loved them. They were punctual and professional. Their pricing was good and they had good recommendations. My experience with him was good and I had heard great things about him. The problem I faced was that he was not too keen on handling the rebate system and that was the only reason for me not using their services.

The service tech showed up on time and was very professional, very courteous and polite. I was most impressed that he wore booties ("floor savers" as he called them) over his boots. No one has ever done that, and it blew me away that LIBERTYAIR respected my home.

Philip is by far the most professional service provider with which we have worked in Gainesville. From scheduling, through prompt arrival, and timely completion of work, the one thing that was clearly obvious is that Philip (LibertyAir) truly care about us as individual customers.
