Description of Work: My AC was not cooling. I called and scheduled an appointment the next day. The tech. was prompt. He gave me several options to fix the problem. The cooling coil had a small leak. The AC is old so I opted not to replace the coil which is pricey. I went with adding an additive to stop the leak. I was told this may or may not work. He also fixed the hole in the ductwork. So far so good.

Description of Work: Phillip (hands-on wrench and phone to the ear owner) diagnosed the issue with our system and recommended a solid system, without going overboard on unnecessary bells and whistles. He and his crew of Mr. Bill and Mr. Jimmy were helpful and friendly, and went about the job quickly and professionally. Good guys in all aspects. We were able to borrow a room air conditioner during the time from ordering the equipment until it arrived for installation, which was very much appreciated in the current scorching heat. Lifesaver indeed. The owner and Jim were here well into the evening to diagnose a faulty wire and one lousy switch that prevented the system from doing its thing on install day. He said he'd figure it out, and sure enough did. Absolutely my go-to AC guys going forward.
