Description of Work: She worked miracles as far as I'm concerned. She had almost immediate turnaround on the survey which others were quoting anywhere from 10 to 14 days. Terrific work definitely would use her again .

Description of Work: Surveyed property we are in the process of selling.Due to the complexity |of the survey the price was more than originally quoted.They came back to |me before the work was done to notify me of the differance. I agreed and they acually came down somewhat at the end of the job.Overall I was satisfied with the work and would use them again.

They did a great job both times. | |One thing to note is that they have changed names due to a new partner. The service we experienced was the same but their name is now Deren Land Surveying.

She was professional, courteous, and efficient, and she charged me much less than expected. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a survey. I will never go anywhere else whenever I need a survey done. One of her competitors promised to come by and do the work and he dropped off the face of the earth! I'm really glad that he did, because I found Kris Ann Gath on Angie's List.
