He came in with his guys and did an outstanding job. Our roof was so steep that they needed to bring in a 60' lift to do the roof, but they were able to get it here and complete the entire job in one day. Loved them. No damage to the plants in the yard or the shrubs around the house. It all looks great.

We are very satisfied repeat customers, and everyone we've recommended Hydro Pro to has also been very happy. The reason is that they arrive on time, work is done to highest standards, they are very careful of property and landscaping, and they can use gentle cleaners because they heat the water first. Their equipment is also the latest and greatest so they work quickly. Brandon, the owner, is as professional. courteous, and easy to work with as you could want, and he treats us like valued customers. He did a great job on our whole house last time, and we wouldn't consider using anyone else for any of our pressure washing needs.

They came on the appointed day and power washed one of our rent houses. It was quite moldy on the north side and the front gutter looked pretty nasty. They did a fine job and our tenant thought the house looked brand new. They were also supposed to clean out the gutter and blow the leaves off the roof where they accumulate in a valley. They forgot to do this so I called and they agreed they forgot. A week or so later I got an email that they had done this work. I went by to check and it looked very good. I was very happy with the work done and my tenant was also happy. I will use them next time I need power washing done.

Highest recommendation - once you've used Hydro Pro Pressure Washing, you will never use any other company again. Brandon, the owner, is as nice, polite, and professional as can be, and because pressure washing is ALL he does, he is THE real expert on the latest techniques, treatments, and equipment. The biodegradable solution that he used had a very pleasant fragrance (instead of a big cloud of bleach that we had before we met Brandon), and because he has the ability to heat the solution, it sure worked wonders on our house while being easy on surfaces. We were also impressed to see that Brandon had such a wide variety of scrubbers, wands and attachments to do all the different kinds of surfaces of our house as gently as possible so our house looked brand new when he was done and all the paint, screens, and tile grout were just like he found them. Both our landscaping and grass are happy, too, because they were not exposed to harsh chemicals and bleach products. Brandon and his assistant, Ronnie (also very nice and easy to work with), arrived promptly, worked very hard, without breaks, until the job was done, and really paid attention to all the details. They were very organized, efficient, and took great care with all of our property. Brandon's quote was very specific, and he carefully cleaned everything included in the quote. It is clear to us that Brandon takes great pride in his work, and we couldn't be more satisfied with what he did for us and feel very lucky that we found him. The entire experience went very well. Brandon was very responsive in returning my initial call for an estimate. On the day we agreed to perform the work, he arrived on time and did an outstanding job on all that he said he would do. He was careful to not disturb the plantings around the property and he checked with me to ensure I was pleased with the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him for powerwashing.

We met with Brandon for the bid and found him to be very professional, and most of all, knowledgeable about his work. We've invested quite a bit in our landscaping over the years and were very concerned about damage to the vegetation. Without any comment from me, Brandon identified the importance of protecting the vegetation near the house in how it would be pressure washed along with the biodegradable chemicals used, if necessary. He really made us feel safe in this process when he gave us a brochure full of information about his company's services and the state-of-the-art equipment that they use. They did an EXCELLENT job! All of the vegetation in our yard is thriving. We watched them work in 90 degree weather and maintain calm and focus as they completed their work. The driveway, sidewalk and mailbox look great! But that's not all........ Back to the pool enclosure...We explained to Brandon why we wanted toallow the new pool guy to pressure wash the pool area. He understood; however, it was not a good decision on our part. Hydro Pro's equipment and talent far exceeded the performance of the new pool guy. We thought it would once we saw the equipment he was using. The pool guy said that he would be using biodegradable chemicals, and he didn't. Parts of the deck's paint came up and the mold was still streaked on the screens when they finished. We immediately called Brandon at Hydro Pro and explained the terrible mistake we had made and that we had company coming in three days. HELP! He came the next day and did an outstanding job. We are so grateful.....so much so that we asked for several brochures to pass out to our neighbors who are also always looking for contractors with which they can trust their homes. Hydro Pro is no risk at all. They know what they are doing and are worth it from the beginning. Don't go anywhere else when you know that you can depend on professional, quality work with people and equipment that will add value to your most precious possession!

It was a basic job. It's a little pricey, but I think it's probably worth it.
