In my experience, it's rare for a live person to answer the phone when calling a tree service, but Dustin sometimes does and will return your call if you have to leave a message. I mention this because I've had several "A" rated companies fail to do so. As for the work performed: I had a rather tall poplar tree that was struck by lightning about a year ago. The tree was located in my back yard about 10 feet from the house and was clearly in decline. I also had a medium sized hickory tree next to my driveway. This tree was healthy, but I was tired of falling hickory nuts putting dents in our vehicles. The nuts are heavy and hard and can really beat a vehicle up. Both trees were removed with little drama and next to no collateral damage. The crew cleaned up carefully and did their best to repair gouges from heavy bits of tree and impressions from the tires of the Bobcat. The crew was prompt and courteous, and the whole job took about two hours.

Dustin and his crew did a tremendous job trimming our trees, including a massive live oak with a heavy branch over the house and taking down a damaged 40-year old tree by the house. Not once did any branch touch the roof. They were timely, worked very hard and long hours and cleaned everything upon completion. A superb job. I already have given his name to many others who need this type service in the future.

Came 2 days earlier than expected & called 1st. I was glad. Cleaned up. Did it all about 2 hrs. Hauled and cut trees away same day. Others in the past have left cut trees by street on my lawn for days.

Great experience! We had numerous large, over-grown trees that branched out over our house and power lines. I took them less than a day and a half to cut, trim and clean up the trees in the front and back of our house The difference was literally night and day...our yard is so much more open and doesn't feel like we're in a tropical rainforest anymore. They were extremely professional and took time to address all our questions and concerns. Their qoute was by far one the most reasonable we received. We will definitely be using Hoyers Express in the future. The only con is we wish they would take credit cards so we could have them do more work at once rather than space out projects due to our budget constraints...but like I said, we'll definitely be going back to Hoyers Express.

There was no mess made. The tress were gone, the stumps were ground, and the beds were cleaned up without a trace of them even being there.

They arrived on time. Cut the large oak and hauled it off. Returned later that same day to finish off the two pine trees and grind the stump. They cleared all the debris and worked until after dark to complete the job.

I spent roughly $400 the first time and $800 the second time on that service. The job went very well overall and they were quick to respond. They gave me estimates and were willing to talk through and negotiate on we could do and not do within my budget and they came down a little bit on some of the price. They had big machinery needed like bucket truck to come in and basically take down really large trees that were close to the house. They showed up on time and worked efficiently.
