Well Garry did it again! I have been using Garry to help me refinish my whole house since 2013. We finally finished the final part of my first floor this past week. Garry repaired and painted my stairwell. It is absolutely beautiful! I can’t be more satisfied. My first floor has been a work in progress since 2013. The only thing I did not have him do was paint the exterior of my house. I bought Benjamin Moore quality paint and thought that I could get it done and save some money. Absolutely not the case. I learned quality paint is just one part of the equation. The other important factor was preparing the wood properly to paint. Unfortunately, I have a lot of peeling paint. It started peeling the second year after I hired someone else to do the work that was quite a bit cheaper…and now I am learning the painter was cheaper in every sense of the word. The work is not holding up. I should have paid a little more up front and hired Garry from the start. I really don’t think I would be having to paint again so soon. Needless to say, I won’t be making that same mistake twice. Hopefully, Garry will be coming back to do all my touch ups and prepare the peeling areas properly. I look forward to keep Garry on my speed dial when quality matters! Thank you, Garry! I appreciate your work!

This is my third time using Garry’s services. He generally has a very full calendar but he is definitely worth the wait. His attention to detail is amazing! He patiently works to make that perfect cut when putting in that luxury vinyl plank flooring, and makes sure every seem is perfectly straight. The flooring is beautiful!!! I was so worried it was going to be too dark and the pattern was going to be too difficult to make it flow. But when Garry came in and laid all out, it looked like it had always been there and flowed perfectly like a natural stream. I knew once Garry put his magic touch on it I would be thrilled with the end results as I always have been. Thank you, Garry! I appreciate your all your hard work. I look forward to having you back to redo my stairwell:)

I don’t know what I would have done without Gary! In March of 2016 he helped me get my house in Gainesville ready to sell and did an outstanding job patching cracks and touching up paint in my entire house. It looked gorgeous when he was done. He is meticulous and very, very neat. He did a fantastic job (and I am very picky). Then, fast forward, 2 years later, I moved to Fort Lauderdale and was in the middle of a renovation that was going badly. I called Gary and he came all the way to Fort Lauderdale to fix the sub-par job the local painter was doing and really saved the day. Wow! What can I say. He is one of a kind. You won’t find a better painter in Florida! Meticulous, trustworthy, professional, dedicated and just a really nice guy. Don’t hesitate to call him. You will not be disappointed!!

The house looks brand new. Garry did an amazing job. He worked for 2 days and even cleaned my outdoor furniture and rugs! After completing the job, he pointed out areas of the house that needed to be repaired. He exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him. I will definitely use his services again

Garry pressure washed the entire house, repaired rotten siding, repaired the screen on the pool deck, and painted to match. He was an excellent communicator and true to his word. He kept to given time frames and notified me of additional work that needed to be done. He emailed estimates promptly, the very next day in fact, for my approval and completed said work in a timely fashion. Garry is always courteous and professional. He explained the repairs in depth before doing the work. Definitely will hire again! My neighbor saw the work that was being done and promptly hired him to do work on his home.

Garry did an awesome job as always!!! He repaired some leak spots and cracks before painting my kitchen ceiling. That man has the most steady hand I’ve ever seen. He had some very hard to reach spots and not one paint spot on my wall. The attention to detail couldn’t be better! PERFECTLY straight line, PERFECT straight edge. He’s worth waiting for if you want perfection!!!

Garry was very attentive and thorough. The house looked much better after pressure washing. Then after the meticulous prep work, filling holes and cracks and applying peel stop, it looked better still. Garry then covered the windows, applied a seal coat, primed the metalwork, and applied the finish coats. The transformation was miraculous! Someone stopped to ask if the house was for sale! He is certainly not the cheapest, but you definitely get the most bang for the buck.

Garry was one of God's greatest blessings to me. I bought a house and needed it painted among other things. I met Garry and immediately knew that he was the man I wanted to make my new home beautiful! Little did I know that having Garry in my house would take me on a journey that I never expected! Garry spent 4 weeks in my then vacant house. He was there 12 hours a day,7 days a week. He literally moved his hotplate,fresh food and big jugs of water right in! (I think my house still misses him!) I kept in touch with him on a continual basis so I always knew what he was doing and he always took the time to let me know what was happening and if there were any issues. Garry was always punctual, unfailingly polite and an overall good man. My house looks amazing after having Garry do a complete interior paint job from the ceilings to the floor. But that was just the beginning of the journey! I had other things that needed to be done for my reno. It seems that Garry has abilities that I never saw coming! He ended up pulling the carpets up from all 3 bedrooms so that the baseboards would look better when painted with new carpet, took up vinyl flooring in my laundry room,replaced all the door handles, removed a passthrough window in my kitchen and removed a large decorative shelf in the living room. Anything I said I needed done Garry always said he could do! In the same calm and efficient way he always presented. He's very knowledgeable and extremely skilled . I always trusted him to do the best job for less money and was never disappointed. Garry takes his time with every job and it shows in the details. Garry, you're an overall wonderful man who God gave me the joy of knowing. I can't thank you enough for all that you did in my new home. Garry was great, he gave me a lower estimate than a handyman we contacted, even though he used premium paint (which with the other person was going to be extra) and he was very meticulous. The paint job is perfect, and he was very careful the entire time, noticing (and fixing) small mistakes from a previous job that I had never noticed before. Communicated with us throughout and very pleasant.

This is the second time I have had Garry work for us and he was awesome. He is so polite and careful about all the details of the work. He is knowledgeable and researches any questions that come up regarding finishes or materials. I am glad to have found such a talented and trustworthy craftsman.

He was exceptional. He's probably the best worker that I've had since I bought the house three years ago. I've been renovating it for that many years and he's the best worker. I never have to worry about him messing up, he does such a clean job.

Gary cleaned mold from the roof and pressure-washed the pool deck, removing stains that others had not been able to do. He also did a variety of handyman tasks, such as replacing hinges and a small section of pool screening, as well as unsticking a closet door on the pool and repairing holes under bathroom sinks made by a previous contractor. He is innovative, coming up with simple solutions to problems. His prices are quite reasonable.

It looks brand new. I get compliments from my neighbors. He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend him. He is a hard worker.

Garry Stidham was recommended to us by a family member, and we are so glad that we chose him to paint the exterior of our house. While most paint crews have different levels of experience among their painters, Garry Stidham works alone and came to the job with a very high level of skill and experience. He did a thorough and meticulous job with the prep work before starting to paint, including pressure washing the exterior of the house, caulking, and priming/sealing. This prep work is very important to provide a long-lasting paint job on the exterior of the house, and is a part of the job where other painters frequently rush through. Garry did a beautiful job with painting, and was very responsive in making sure that the job wasn’t done until we were 100% satisfied with the results. We are sure that the paint job will last for years to come. He is hard-working, diligent, professional, flexible, and cleaned up during and after the job. In addition, Garry did an excellent job with pressure washing our driveway and the interior of our pool cage including the decking. Having work done on your house can be stressful and time-consuming, but Garry made the project easy on our busy lives. We are very glad that we chose Garry Stidham to do the work.

Very well. The most important items were completed, the front door and one side of interior doors. He does a nice job yet he was so detail oriented there was not enough time to finish paint touch ups. However, he did a beautiful job on the other items, it was okay he didn't get to finish the touch-ups.

Garry did a great job, although a bit pricier than other quotes. He paid excellent attention to detail and even fixed things a couple of things he found along the way. He had painted our house, so touched up small spot. His work is always professional!
