Great. They offered the best price and sent 2 guys, who knocked out the job in an hour. Professional, prompt, and stuck to the quote.

Very polite on the phone first call. They scheduled a date 4 weeks away. Day before I was told another job came up and they had to reschedule. Two weeks later I was told that they wouldn't come because they couldn't "verify that we would be present." We spoke with them 3 times the prior 24 h to verify, showed them the phone messages and the call times. The formerly very nice lady became rude, defensive, and abusive. Both times my wife and I both scheduled time off to be present from busy physician and faculty schedules at some cost to us. Don't waste your time with these people. They didn't appear interested in our small jobs, likely sacrificing them for other larger jobs that appeared and then finding excuses to skip us. What they didn't know is that we are searching for a good company to subcontract a new 7000 sq ft house. If they aren't interested in the small jobs, they won't get the big one. And the rudeness is inexcusable.

We were very impressed by Mr. Goodson when he visited our home to give an estimate for the work we requested. Two of his employees, John and Justin, did excellent work and were very helpful and easy to have in our home. We are really happy to know of an excellent electric company in Gainesville and will certainly use them in the future.

Called and spoke with Glenda who is very kind and took my information right away. We had an appointment for an estimate and shortly after that we set up an appointment to have the work done. It was going to be a 2 day job, but that morning they had 2 people call in sick. I was a bit disappointed, but understand things happen. We rescheduled and everything went well. My husband and I were very happy with the work they did. Everyone was friendly and they cleaned up very well after the installation of things which is also very important to me. We will defiantly have them come back again as we need more work.

Very well. The replacement pump I purchased had a different connection and the electrician was able to deal with it. After installation, had the new box kept tripping and shutting itself off. Came out and fixed it. They also followed up a couple of weeks later and were willing to come back out if there continued to be problems. Which there weren't. Will be using them for future electrical issues.

It went well. The first appointment had to be rescheduled due to an emergency with an existing client, but everything went very smoothly on the second appointment. The team was on time, very professional, and helpful in giving advice on how to properly wire for an older structure. They even checked the hard wired smoked detector and replaced when it was discovered that it didn't work - I had no idea! All the work was completed that day.

Excellent. Goodson was here on time - early actually, but waiting until I arrived. Surveyed the job, determined the needs and strategies, and then got to work. No significant delays and the work was done more quickly than I anticipated. Overall - excellent work and I would gladly bring them back for future needs.

I had no problems. They did the work, they worked satisfactory and I was happy with their work. They were reasonable. They were in the range. I think I took a couple of estimates before they came out and they were kind of right there in the middle. They do good quality work. They were there on time. They weren't able to fix the problem on the first visit. They explained it, they came back, they were very quick about getting back and then fixing it. There was a part they needed that they needed that wasn't something that they usually keep in stock, and they actually went somewhere and got it from them and then came back and fixed my issue. This was the first time that I had used them.

Installation went well. I had a little problem hooking up the my generator to the outside plug they installed and although this problem wasn't part of their installation, they came right out and helped me solve the problem.

Mostly well. Motion detector lights do not detect motion. Not sure if installation or hardware problem, but unable to get contractor to return to fund problem.

Project took longer than expected due to unforeseen attic routing difficulties, but in spite of that, the work was completed at the estimated quote and in a meticulous manner! Both technicians were friendly and professional. They sought out my input as needed to ensure that the work was being done as requested. Just a super experience and I definitely have a "go to" electrical repair company for any future needs!

To start of they came at 8am instead of the 11am appointment time. When they did the work they spent at least an hour using the wrong tool so they eventually had to get the right tool. Instead of using a metal conduit they used pvc that they didn't secure well enough and had to come back to secure properly. When they were done working I had to clean up after them, and they didn't put a grommet in the fuse box. I had another electrician look at their work and he would not have done what they did. There is another review on here about two young guys that messed up a ceiling fan operation. It seems like the same young guys did the work at my place.

We did a complete demolition and remodel of our master bathroom, to include relocating the vanity and all lighting. The work performed was top-notch, to include offering up some good ideas. Work was done quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using Goodson in the future.

Perfectly. Michael was right on time - not even a minute late - got the job done quickly, professionally, and even described what had happened and how he repaired the switches. Could not have gone any better!

They are good people and they are not the cheapest ones in the world. It's a fair price but they do what they say they are going to do and they are timely and efficient. They know what they're doing and I like them.

He fixed the burnt plug and two additional plugs that we hadn't been able to use for a couple of years. Their response and their more than reasonable price sold me. I would use them again and again.

I should start by saying my wife and I are very hard to please and even hard to impress, that being said Daniel and his workmen did both. The attention to detail and the constant attention to keeping the jobsite clean. The had to cut into the slab to get the job done and the preparation before and the care during was amazing. The overall job was done the way you would hope all service people would perform. We have found our company for all the electric work at our home and will be telling our friends.
