+ -1 moreThe gutters and shields worked well at first. I called because the sheilds stopped working making water flow off the roof and splash up on my home. It's been three months waiting for them to and quot;fit me into their scheduleand quot; They stated that they were really busy, this is not exceptable and I wouldn't use them again. I have nothing good to say about them now and I tell all about the way I have been treated. A TERRIBLE COMPANY that is after the fast cash of an installation with no repair work done afterwards.
Description of Work: Took down broken gutters and replaced with new ones and gutter shields.

+ 0 moreFirstly let me state that I cannot judge on the quality of the workmanship as we did not use their services. On both occasions the owner does a very very hard sell (not that that's is unusual) but it annoys me immensely when you can't get a quote until you are ready (as in 'now') to sign a contract. Added to that the information, while extensive was out of date and inconstant. My (our) overall impression was - no way - Just our impression after 1.5 - 2 hours of talks.
Description of Work: We had the owner visit our house and we visited the company to get background and information regarding window and gutter installation. We were no given quotes as he demanded we 'make a decision immediately' when done with his presentation

If I have questions after the job is completed I feel confident that Mr Russell will be glad to address them persoanlly.
Description of Work: This was the initial visit from the company. I am already impressed. The owner Donald Russell came out to my home do discuss what I would need to do...... just as I thought, I need to replace my gutters. Mr Russell called to let me know he would be arriving at my home shortly. We started with an inspection of the current gutters. Mr Russell was up on the ladder with me so I could show him what the problem was that I was having. Mr Russell is extremly knowledgeable and took the time to teach me the right and wrong way of gutter installation.

+ 0 moreCalled for an estimate, i described the work I wanted done, and the office mgr had the owner call me back with a estimate. I told them to proceed and they scheduled a time to complete the work. The work was completed on the date and time agreed apoun and for the price in the estimate.

+ -1 moreMy experience with Gator Aluminum was very positive. Don, the owner, took the time to sit with me and explain what the difference was between window types. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The guys that came to install the window were awesome, and had the job done in about 3 hours. I'd definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Gator Aluminum replaced my kitchen window with Miami-Dade rated new windows.
