+ 0 moreJim was nice and professional in every respect! He was ALWAYS very timely! He was ALWAYS very careful moving the machines in and out of the house....both the old and new machines. He took great care not to ding our house too. His work was neat and clean....quick too. He was ALWAYS quick to respond when I contacted him. We felt secure that he knew what he was doing. We would wholeheartedly recommend him for his services!
Description of Work: Disconnect/install washer and gas dryers. 1. 5/5/14 - Disconnected washer and gas dryer. Placed both old machines in garage. 2. 5/9/14 - Installed the new gas dryer and once it was connected he tested it. When he did this, it was clear that there was some kind of internal damage to the machine. He disconnected it and capped the gas line. I had to get with Lowes and arrage for delivery of a replacement dryer. 3. 5/12/14 - Found out from Lowes that the replacement dryer wouldn't be delivered for another month so I had to call Jim to come back and reinstall the old dryer. 4. 6/24/14 - Finally the new dryer arrived and Jim came back to disconnect the old and install the new. Made sure dryer worked properly and then leak-checked gas connections.

Description of Work: Was very punctual -- even early. Worked with us as to scheduling with other contractors, very flexible. Clean instal very neat and professional. Took more time than estimated because our house had old construction problems, did not charge more than estimate. Left work area spotless. Took time demonstrating new stove and answered all our questions. Worked late, but finished in less than one day. We are very happy with the results. We recommend this company without reservation.

+ -1 moreHe was really nice. He had me buy my grill elsewhere and then he came in and assembled it and hooked it up. He said that Weber was the best product but he didn't sell Weber. He told me if I bought one and had it delivered he would come to my house and hook it up. He was very helpful about what kind of grill I should get. I was struggling to find someone to put in a gas grill for me and he was certified to do all the gas work. The price wasn't very much. It was a minor job for him but it was helpful for me. I had such a better experience with him than I did with another store.
Description of Work: A man from Gainesville Gas and Grill installed my gas grill.
