Overall, poorly. A pile of dirt and debris was left behind, excuse was- there's rocks and concrete in it so they couldn't take it. A diesel fuel line leaked and my yard smelled like fuel for two weeks. No mention, no apology, no attempt to clean it up or minimize it- just too bad, it'll go away in a while. My yard was left a torn-up mess that required me two weekends of work to finish the incomplete work. including a poor stump grind that required me to finish pulling it out of the ground. My home cable line was torn up, with no mention to me of it. So I had to go locate it and splice it together. I would have insisted a return and finishing, which I did with the debris pile- but that was done so poorly and incompletely that I didn't want them back on my property again. I figured I'd put the effort in here to let others know about this shoddy work and stay clear.
Description of Work: Medium size tree had started to fall over and needed removing. Some other branches and brush areas were to be cleared. Tree was removed along with other branches.

They damaged the house so my experience was not good. They didn't have control of one of the branches and it swung and hit the house and it caused roof and gutter damage. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: We had tree service done with Gainesville Tree Service last fall. They removed some branches and trimmed some trees.

The maintenance tech from Gainesville Tree Service discussed the palm trees and offered to look at other trees in my yard. I decided to have him only take care of the palm tree and that was it. At that point, he noticed how low some carport branches were and decided to take care of them on his own. Not that I got mad; they definitely needed trimming. It was nice of him to only charge $50.00 and the extra trimming he did at no additional cost. Gainesville Tree Service did a really great job and were really prompt. The nice thing is, they did the job while I was at work and I didn't have to wait until I got home for them to start.
Description of Work: One Saturday last July, Gainesville Tree Service was cutting trees for my neighbor and noticed I had very tall trees in my yard. Even though their not suppose to solicit, the yard tech came knocking at my door asking if I could use his services. Right on the spot he gave me a quote; he returned the following Monday to do the work and to get paid.
